McDonald's Menu Prices at 1826 Eastchester Rd ★3.8 (1931)

My family has been in the hospital for 4 days and we have been going to mc donalds because it’s literally across the street but the afternoon service - HORRIBLE. The guy running the shift these past two days very unprofessional and the two lady’s I feel have no say so. Ordered a frappe it wasn’t even filled literally no whipped cream he told me oh you waited to long to come get it - order was places within a 5 min window and that’s been waiting there for along time. I also got large fries which cost more than $5 now to get to the hospital and have the container half filled ! I went today and said something about to current fries i ordered and he caught an attitude and decided to mouth off with his coworkers like dude we are paying literally 5$$ for fries fill the container ! He should not be working fast food nor be managing a staff - he should be replaced with a person who takes management serious - you guys are working across the street from a hospital ! Service will be more efficient if he wasn’t running the floor

Everything was satisfactory, I purchased a chicken sandwich value meal and a McDouble value meal. Although the Diet Coke and Dr. Pepper were not marked, it was not a concern. I have never encountered any issues with the team members or food orders. The establishment was clean, efficient, and offered complimentary parking. Customers have the option to order at a kiosk or with a cashier. The location is consistently busy during the day, but tonight it was relatively quiet, with only my daughter and I present. She mentioned that the French fries were cold, but not unpleasant. As a treat, I purchased a vanilla cone for her and coffee for myself. Despite appearing to be short-staffed, the management successfully ensured that all orders were fulfilled in a timely manner. I intend to return to this establishment...

Placed a mobile order, did not receive a magical 4 digit confirmation number from the app but I had a mobile receipt and email confirmation but was still refused my order. They essentially stole $21 from me. Possibly the worst location in the Bronx, don’t even bother, I can go anywhere else in NYC to get mugged, I don’t need it to happen at McDonald’s.

Horrible customer service ladies at the drive through have a huge attitude and got my order wrong several times ... it was only 10:53 and from what i know breakfast is done 11am they said they change time for breakfast all the time i feel like they should have an exact time for breakfast ending she also mentioned the mc crispy has lettuce and tomato only gave me pickles and gave me wrong drinks .... if they dont wanna work give someone else the job to do it better with great energy for customer service

Short and sweet 😊! My experience was good, I did self order but after I done with order it was time to pay but the machine didn't wanna take the payment and I had to go to the cashier, that should be fixed besides that everything else was fine with my order.
