McDonald's Menu Prices at 2010 Bartow Ave ★3.6 (1875)

It was good service, the food was made on time and the proper way. The boy named Will, might be spanish or arabic, gave me one of the best customer services that ive ever experienced, so shout out to that kid because hes an amazing worker!

WORST EXPERIENCE. Never had I had to wait so long in a DRIVE THRU. I was the only customer there. I placed my order and the workers did not work on it. As I waited for my food it seemed as other workers were coming from break, they were the people that took care of my order. The amount of time I waited for my order in the drive thru an entire line accumulated. My fries were half full. Would give zero stars if I could!

Tonight at 9:22pm, I entered the store located at 2010 Bartow Avenue in the Bronx, NY, 10475 to purchase 20 chicken nuggets using a $5 deal, and large order of fries. The Latino male clerk wearing glasses scanned my phone for this purchase phase. I asked him to scan the barcode for reward points and he did. That action increased the price of the order from $10.00 to $13.50 and voided my “deal” discount for the McNuggets. The manager, a fair skin Black woman with a heavy Jamaican accent, came over and said, “You scanned for points so you lose the deal for the McNuggets. Now you have to wait 12 minutes. Now you know for next time.” She walked away shaking her head with an attitude and left the front area completely. She didn’t offer any resolution. As a manger, she had the power and codes to fix this issue and she didn’t. Instead she came over like a bully. Also, she knew what was going on and didn’t tell the clerk to stop because when she came over she already knew I asked for a scan for rewards which voided the “deal” for the McNuggets. This is unacceptable. I left the establishment without my order.

Im a hardworking city employee for the nydoc, went to the window for a cup of coffee bc the dining area was closed, no cars were present and the cashier at the window decided to take a customer after I was standing thr for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. I asked her why was she taking that order and I was standing there and her response was they was there first. She was not receptive to my order and I think this is poor customer service. She needs to be reinstructed on what customer service is no matter what the circumstances are

Great staff working at 2am on a late September 2021 Sunday morning! Fast, fresh and hot food served quickly! Open 24 hours all day every day! Highly recommend when in the Bronx, New York! Old school McDonald’s design you don’t see anymore.
