Excellent Customer Service. Efficient, courteous and hospitable! Keep up the awesome job employees! I see 👀 you often and you always make me feel special every day!

Today there was a very unsafe and unacceptable situation at this location. A female employee and a male employee instructed drivers to pick up orders from the side where cars are actively moving, instead of using the safe pickup window that was available and not occupied. This created a serious safety risk. Drivers should not be forced to walk into traffic to collect orders. Their safety must be a priority. In addition, the pickup process is poorly organized, and drivers are left waiting for long periods without proper coordination. I request that management investigate the actions of the staff involved and ensure that a safe and designated pickup area is provided for drivers. Situations like this should not happen. The behavior of the female employee in particular was concerning, as she appeared unwilling to cooperate and showed disregard for basic safety standards. It was on the night of February 16, 2026, at approximately 12:45. You can watch the video recordings!!!

I brought a bacon McGriddle with a chicken McGriddle, and as I took 1 bite I noticed a black hair on my food… I currently have supper light brown hair. I went back and told the manager (darkskin woman) that it was a hair on my food she just took the sandwich from me without apologizing or asking me how can she compensate me… as a manager you’re suppose to know proper protocol for issues like this. She then went in the back and just gave me another one which I mentioned to her I just wanted my money back she said “but they just made your food over” I replied and said “yes I know, but you didn’t even ask me what I wanted to do you just took the sandwich from me” she then proceeded to issue me a refund still no apology… asked me for my other sandwich back and handed me the receipt. People like her are very rude and make mcds loose customers ! Highly woudnt recommend this location and this is coming from somebody that use to work in mcds.

THE WORKERS ARE NASTY LIARS. 10/14 I went in to buy a milkshake. I just paid with cash and the same person who handled the cash made my shake. She proceed put her hands not only around the rim of the cup, but her fingers inside the cup as well. NASTY. I asked for a refund. Today 10/15 I tried again. An old Hispanic lady took my order. I asked for half and half strawberry mixed with vanilla. She gave me a vanilla and convinced me it was mixed. After using the straw to mix it; THERE WAS NO STRAWBERRY INSIDE. I asked for a refund. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this type of nastiness with them. WHY ARE THEY NOT USING GLOVES WHEN HANDLING MONEY AND FOOD. JUST NASTY.

I am writing this review for the management of McDonald's located at this address. Please sort this out with your employees. We waited over 2 hours for a drive through order.
