McDonald's Menu Prices at 1201 W Sugar Creek Rd ★3 (3161)

Wow and never again. I lnow its a gamble going to McDonald's but OMG was this the worst. Service was unfriendly and rude, order was wrong (ot was repeated back right but not keyed in nor delivered right), and then to make it worse...they weren't busy at all yet somehow my nuggets were cold, fries were soggy, tasted like old grease and cold and my soda had about 2 ice cubes in it. Just gross and ill starve next time. Worst McDonald's experience ever and that's crazy.

WARNING.!!!!!! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!! *Read to the very bottom for a bonus of my most recent experience. DASHER/CUSTOMER REVIEW: I have NEVER had an even semi-satisfactory experience with this location. Honestly, I don't expect much from "not-at-all fast food" restaurants after 8p. The ice cream machines are always "broken". Service is gawd awful slow. And customer service is all but non-existent. With that said, this McDonald's is one of two locations here in Charlotte that take the cake for the most horrific experiences. One would ask "why do you keep turning". Well as a patron, I No Longer visit here. This was a pick up for someone else. There are trash hotels on both sides of this location, and unless you don't mind an occasional run-in with a local "woman of the night" I suggest you stay away. Stay faaaaaar faaaaaaaaaar away. Come here if you want to....don't say I didn't warn you. I do NOT recommend this location to my worst enemy. Let alone you. So in case you missed the point of this review . . . STAY AWAY.!!!!!!! *(SN: I timed my service just to see how long it would take for me to get the order. Check my photos for a picture of the stopwatch...shameful).

Employees are rude. Went to pay for my food and two employees saw me pull up and instead of doing their job and taking my money or simply acknowledging me, they just stood there talking. Do better.

Was told the POS system was down at 4:25am and that it would be a 20 minute wait. Just got off work so decided to wait. Waited 30 minutes then pulled back up to then wait 10 minutes for someone to come on the speaker and say the same thing again. When asked why we were told 20 minutes 40 minutes ago and are now being told the same thing, we just got ignored. Come here regularly and will never spend money here again. This seems to be a regular thing with fast food in the area, seems like they just don’t want to do their job. Over 15 cars came while we were waiting, I can’t imagine the amount of money this store loses just because their employees don’t want to work. Tried placing a mobile order and it was canceled. Seems like someone is just stealing time from the company.

UNSAFE AREA. We were just passed through on the highway & needed a rest stop. This McDonalds has a metal fence around it. The side separating it from the hotel next door has barbed wire across the top! There are ppl camping on the sidewalk who had started a campfire right on the street. There are signs saying you can only sit to eat for 30 minutes or you'll be asked to leave. You have to have a code to enter the bathroom that you only get if you buy something. DON'T STOP HERE.
