McDonald's Menu Prices at 6301 Albemarle Rd ★3.2 (2761)

This is disastrous. Firstly staff has attitudes about their jobs apparently. The homeless have moved in. Very unsanitary. This homeless woman is walking around with soiled fecal clothing on coughing like she is very sick. Manager has said nothing and done nothing about it. The rating here has plummeted. Corporate needs to get a hold on this. I’m gonna put this on YouTube so everyone can see what’s going on here. Definitely not an enjoyable experience. They need to close this location down as it has gone to shambles. Tables are not even being cleaned. Nobody is really working. It’s not packed here. Too many tables are left dirty. I don’t think it is safe in here health wise.i use to work for McDonald’s and what I’ve witnessed today would have this location shut down. It smells like cigarette smoke in here as well.

I came on 10.23.25 at 4am. I sat in drive thru for a for minutes with no response. I called the store. No answer. I drove to the window and the lady is on FaceTime in a heated argument. I knocked, she didn’t come. I called two more times, no answer. Finally a different lady came to the window and said “um our system is shut down for the next 45 minutes- go to another one”.

I said hello to the girl with locs in back drive thru and she closed the window. Waited and then she open the window after a few minutes and asked did I want to receipt. I responded yes, she closed the window. It took her a minute because I guess she threw mines away and she had to reprint. She then open the window and handed it to me, I said have a good day and she closed the window again. If you don't like your job, don't do it.

This location needs to update its hours of service. More than once they have claimed to be closed or not operating when they are 24hrs. If the staff doesn’t want to work those late hours then they need to not show up or management needs to make changes. I don’t want to place an order through the app just to it be able to receive it because the claim they are closed at 10 pm or are too busy doing whatever to be bothered with customer until the morning.

This is my 3rd to 4th time ordering from this location through DoorDash. I have no problem getting my food delivered to me but I would like for the employees to double check if everything is in the bag before the dasher, uber eats pick it up. This is not the first time that I’m missing an item
