McDonald's Menu Prices at 5507 S Miami Blvd ★2.8 (2608)

Waited over 20 minutes just to order, and pay money. Got order home and my sandwich was wrong. Very upset!!! Not even worth 1 star. Paid for extra onions on my sandwich. $.69. Not 1 onion on there. So they robbed me. I couldn't eat it. The whole combo was $12.00. Very disappointed!!!

When you stop by early in the morning and you on your way to work, you are expected to get good service. You pull up to the drive-through and they allow you to sit there for about 10 minutes with nobody else at the window before they were even take your order that’s wrong early in the morning people got to get to work. The drive-through should be fast and efficient. They need to work on that. This is one of the slowest McDonald’s that I have ever been through.

I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru today. The order taker was noticeably impatient when I tried to confirm my order. Before I could finish, I was told “next window” and cut off. There was no confirmation of the order details and no standard follow-up questions (such as whether I wanted ketchup or other condiments), which led me to worry about accuracy. The interaction felt rushed and unfriendly, with no basic courtesy or acknowledgment. I understand that drive-thru can be busy, but clear communication and a respectful tone are essential. This experience did not meet the level of service I expect, and I hope management can address

This is just sad. I should have heeded the 2.8 star warning. They took forever, and skipped me in the line! The speaker cut in and out for a second and then they moved on to the person who pulled up after me on the other speaker. I moved forward anyway to order at the window, but that should have been my sign to drive off. Even the person who came after me kept looking over like, “they never took her order.” Then, I order at the window and they tell me to pull up and wait. Had to ask for my receipt and there was an odd hesitation to give it to me. Waited at the window just for the 4 ppl behind me to get their food anyway! I knocked on the window. No one came. Poked my head in to say “excuse me” and then someone ran over to check on me and brought my food a few minutes later. She said she was giving me a large sprite for my wait. Lucky me. Tried the fries, they were cold but I already waited too long, so I left. Ate the fries, ate the burger. Went to take a sip of my “extra large Sprite” and it’s got absolutely no syrup in it. Just seltzer water. Mind you, EVERYONE behind me was receiving food. So nothing was wrong with the speaker, they just skipped me twice and it still wasn’t worth it after waiting. Waste of $12. I would drive back and request a refund but my receipt was taken when the person came to the window to check on me. Never got it back. Please heed the truthful reviews. It is that bad.

I live a few minutes away from this McDonalds. Have been here multiple times. This is a terrible McDonalds. Terrible management and terrible ownership. Worst time is at night. Food is thrown around, cold, sometimes not fully cooked. That is if someone takes your order. You may be stuck at the drive through for 10+ minutes. Then greeted by a rude employee, then given cold food. You’re better off going to the Burger King across the street. Much better food, nicer employees, cleaner store.
