McDonald's Menu Prices at 2900 Reynolda Rd ★3.4 (1663)

I just come for the coffee which is rarely fresh when I ask and although they are happy to make a fresh pot, they ask me to pull up, I'm in the drive up, and I then wait 15-20 minutes before they remember to bring it to me. I went today and I had two sisters, one at each window, and I had excellent service. So it honestly depends on who's working and their mood that particular day. Such is life I guess.

This is not my regular restaurant. I’m in the area and decided to get lunch. Ordered at kiosk, forced to take a table number for table service, no paper to give receipt. Waited 20 minutes for order to come up and so much for table service. A number, I didn’t recognize because I didn’t get a receipt is yelled out and a bag thrown on the counter. I looked, it’s mine. I had to get someone’s attention to get my cup. Fries were hot, at least. Opened my burger and it was a mess. The single patty (I ordered a double) was hanging halfway off the bun and the toppings were off the other side. I didn’t take it back because I didn't want to wait another half hour to get it corrected. Also had to put up with all of the yelling back and forth in the kitchen which echos through the dining area. I get done and see this place has a 3.5 review. I totally understand. This is the WORST service I’ve ever gotten at a McDonald’s. Considering giving up the whole company because of this.

Rude, lazy, and liars. This location was open 24/7 tonight. Pulled up waited too long to be greeted, as if they would except me to drive away. Was told it was a 10-15min wait. I said no worries and received a huff n puff as a reply. Proceeded to tell me grill was down and I could only order food from the fryer. I again explained I was fine with the wait for the burger combo I wanted. He was aggravated and took my order. There was no wait at all, so grill being down was obviously a lie, why try and shew away customers. Also, did not receive my fries and not once did he speak a word to me. Not my first rude and unprofessional experience with this location.

First, if you order two quarter pounders, what they would do is first give you a burger that is raw inside, and for the second order, they would give you a second burger that is raw inside. And also, when you put the burger as ‘plain and cheese,’ what they would do is put everything that you said they should not put on the burger, on the burger itself in general. And when you go back there to ask for a refund or for them to remake it, they would give you attitude and pretty much shout at you. Never order from this McDonald’s. It’s the worst one of all time. I’m telling you, stay clear away from this McDonald’s, and I will never be eating from this McDonald’s ever again.”

Wow! McDonald's is really going downhill. Prices have gone up. Extra $1 For OJ, and they can't fill cup? They don't even put napkins out. I find this to be un cool. Charging more for less. The workers want higher wages, but at the same time, half of them can not accurately perform their job descriptions now. How do you ask for more while doing less. The food, though, looks and tastes fantastic.
