McDonald's Menu Prices at 290 S Stratford Rd ★3.6 (1484)

This was an extremely bad experience. I ordered the Hot Honey McCrispy (limited edition) exactly as listed on the menu. I have ordered this same sandwich before at this location and it did include bacon. This time, it did not. I went back immediately to address the issue and was not helped properly. Right after that, while I was still there and had just received my order, I went through the drive-thru to ask for a refill for my drink. I was told I had to get out of my car and go inside again, even though they clearly knew I had just ordered and had already gone inside before. There was absolutely no willingness to help or find a simple solution. The attitude and customer service from the staff during this shift was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I’ve been to this location many times and staff from other shifts are usually very nice. This is the first time I’ve had such a terrible experience here. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable service.

As we waited for our food my daughter had to use the bathroom. She said the first stall was gross. Then when I went in I saw there was no toilet paper in either stall. I decided to bring her to the men's rest room and when we went to the only stall in there the water level was at the rim and it was full of toilet paper. Also not tp in that one either... Update. It took 25 minutes to get our food. After about 20 minutes someone came over, asked what our order was and after replying game me no update. I finally walked up there and when they handed me the tray my fries we cold to the touch.

It would've been better if whoever prepared our order knew the difference between a medium sized meal, and a large meal. According to my receipt, my son was charged for a Big Mac meal (large sized) with a Dr. Pepper. For starters, the Dr. Peppers were flat, and to insult to injury, his fries were medium sized and so was his Dr. Pepper.

A lot of places like McDonald’s hire very young workers with little to no training in customer interaction, and if management doesn’t enforce standards—basic manners, eye contact, respectful tone, clean appearance—it shows fast. When employees act annoyed, avoid customers, or look unprofessional, it absolutely kills the dining experience, even if the food is fine. That said, it’s not really about “kids” as a group—there are plenty of young workers who are polite and hardworking. The real issue is: • Weak management • Low accountability • No emphasis on customer service • High turnover, so standards drop If a customer feels unwelcome, disrespected, or uncomfortable, it’s completely reasonable to rethink eating there. Businesses forget sometimes that customers aren’t just buying food—they’re buying an experience, even at fast food prices.

This location is always slow on preparing orders. My order is usually wrong or missing something I paid for. When you talk to an employee about their lack of ability to perform basic duties, they just stare at you blankly like they have no interest in correcting any of the issues at this location. It’s a shame that this is what the American workforce has become. Wanting all of the benefits with little to no effort to obtain the benefits by putting in your best effort.
