McDonald's Menu Prices at 3120 Niagara Falls Blvd ★3.4 (1009)

Date- 10/29/2025 Time- 6 pm I order Lemonade Size large with 2 slice of lemon, and I got full bucket of Ice 🧊 and Water. This is how they treat their valuable Customers. Whoever working this time surely they don’t care about their life and service to other people. Shame

Tried to order a five dollar fan deal with the double cheese burger option, but the guy at the drive through told me they stopped selling them 3 months ago and there is no negotiating it... I went on their website and ordered a double cheese burger fan deal. When I picked it up, the original drive through guy got super defensive and grabbed his supervisor and hid behind him as he made fun of me. The manager just called me out for my use of language and never actually owned up to the mistake his employee made. If your employee has been working there for 2 years he should know the mcdouble cheese burger is still a part of your meal deals... I was told to never come back over this, but thats no problem, because why would I want to after that lol

This location used to be amazing, I’m not sure what happened. The employees they used to have were so friendly, and the drive thru line was always quick. Now you’ll be waiting at the speaker for 3-6 minutes until someone actually speaks to you. The orders aren’t accurate anymore. I had to ask for whipped topping for my iced mocha and the employee didn’t even say a word to me, took it, and gave it back without even making eye contact with me. I work in food service so I get it. But when someone is kind to you, there’s no reason to have attitude.

The manager was too busy talking to realize she has orders and needs to not yell. She was yelling about her high school days and how the football team was with here all of them. My boyfriend and I were disgusted with this topic as we were eating. It is not ok that we could hear her on the other side of the restaurant. She also made rude comments about one worker who was the only person doing his job. Disgusted with how this went down!! That guy was so sweet. At 9 pm on 3/12/25. The gentleman was working fries. Super sweet!! Should get the managers job!! The picture is of the manager

This McDonald's is usually fine. Not bad, not great. The last time I visited however, it was awful. The 20 piece nugget had only 18 nuggets, which okay, someone made a mistake. But then my cheese burger had no cheese and a BITE TAKEN OUT OF IT. I was already home with the food and wasn't driving all the way back to complain. Nobody answers the phone there so. I'm so disgusted.
