McDonald's Menu Prices at 605 W Main ★3.4 (1396)

Just went up there and ordered a hotcake breakfast….does anyone see what’s missing? The most important part of the breakfast is missing. I’ve called several times and nobody is answering the phone. This is really irritating the lady handing out the food was rushing and even got mad 😡 when i was like no I had orange juice not a Coke. And we just got home and this is what I found. If I wanted a sausage, biscuit and egg without a pancake I’d had ordered that.

I just wanted to try the new golden sauce chicken sandwich.. was met with mold… Mobile order for 28 bucks between myself and 2 others, unfortunately ate everything else before getting to this beauty. Got a full refund but I’m still a bit uneasy. Management was good with refunding without issue but waited almost 5 minutes just for the cashier to finish his conversation with guest that didn’t even order.. I have contacted others about this situation! Personally, don’t get how there is mold on a “New” menu item. A bit sus for me

Every time we visit this McDonalds it gets worse. If could rate the “service” a zero, I would. Here are just 2 examples of the incompetency and disrespect of the employees. 1. Today when we pulled into the drive through the person taking our order was a blonde male with a mustache (we saw him making faces at us when we drove off). As he was taking our order he was talking in a high pitched voice and giggling. He was being so ridiculous that he couldn’t get our simple order right. We got so frustrated that we gave up and drove away. This is when we saw him in the pay window making faces at us clearly not worried that he had run off a customer. 2. Once we stopped to order large fries. When we ordered them from the drive through we were told “we are out of fries”. So we said, “ok nevermind”. They replied, “we can get you a small fry”. I’m not sure who is doing the hiring or managing of this McDonalds but after multiple experiences like this, we will not be going back.

Never had had problem with any other McDonalds except this one. There’s always an issue at this location its either they are completely out of something, slow wait time, or getting the incorrect order the only reason i even go this one is because it’s close and that’s the only plus I’ll give it. Hell even giving this place even a one star is generous.

Everything was ok. Food was prepared correct but, as seems to be the norm, when you order a combo I always have to ask for my drink cup. And when you food is delivered to the counter and the associate turns to go back to business it's difficult to get their attention without sounding rude. The floor of the drink area was sticky and can someone please make sure the kiosks have paper in them? There's been a couple of times I missed my order number because it disappeared from the screen and I didn't get a printout.
