McDonald's Menu Prices at 1406 E 71st ★3.5 (2195)

I ordered a big Mac meal and a cheese burger happy meal. I paid for it and they had me pull forward. I waited 10 minutes for them to inky bring me my big Mac. They then told me I never ordered a happy meal and I would have to drive back around, pay for another happy meal all while they treated me like I was a thief. I will never eat here again nor will I ever reccomend anyone's else to do so ever. I would give them 0 stars if possible le.

Got it — that actually makes your complaint even stronger, because they didn’t even attempt to follow the ADA’s required process. Here’s an updated version you can paste directly into McDonald’s corporate website. It’s clean, factual, and hits all the points that matter. --- McDonald’s Corporate Complaint (Updated for Your Situation) Subject: ADA Violation – Service Dog Denied Without Legal Questions Asked Complaint: I am filing a formal complaint regarding an ADA violation that occurred at one of your McDonald’s locations today. When I entered the restaurant with my trained service dog, the staff immediately told me that my dog had to leave. No one asked the legally required ADA questions, and no one attempted to verify anything. They simply demanded that my service dog be removed from the premises. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act, staff are only permitted to ask two questions: 1. Whether the dog is a service animal required because of a disability 2. What task or work the dog is trained to perform They did not ask either question. Instead, they denied me service outright, which is a direct violation of federal law. Service animals are not required to have IDs, certification, or paperwork, and denying access without cause is discriminatory and unlawful. This incident was humiliating, unnecessary, and completely avoidable had the staff been properly trained. I am requesting the following: - A formal acknowledgment that this ADA violation occurred - Confirmation that the staff and management at this location will receive proper ADA training - Assurance that this will not happen again to me or any other disabled customer - Appropriate corrective action for the employees involved I expect this matter to be addressed promptly and taken seriously. Thank you.

December : Went again early this month. Atmosphere seems more relaxed. New manager Rene is friendly and helpful. Had zero issues with anything this round. Was pleased with our experience. =========================== Service - BELOW zero stars! Went to McDonalds store 7647. We had survey receipts - buy one sandwich get one free. The last time I presented 2 receipts and the manager questioned me and said I could only use one. I said my friend was in the car with my dog, the manager showed his displeasure and asked me if what I said was true!!! How rude!!!! Today, the SAME manager UNHAPPILY took the survey receipt, but he kept my new receipt! When I asked for the receipt, he said - new policy. Management says the receipt has to be kept with the coupon. EXCUSE ME!?!?! This manager at this store is a short guy with spectacles. He is VERY unfriendly and comes across as rude. This McDonalds USED to be very good. Now it just sucks. The manager is horrible. I have never had any issues at any other McDonalds with coupons, receipt surveys, etc, except this one.

I would give negative stars if I could. Not only was my order wrong, but was told "we're a little backed up so you'll probably just have to come back tomorrow" I wasn't going to accept that, so they go ahead and remake it. Still wrong.

The service is rated so low just because I have higher standards when it comes to restaurant functionality than a lot of people. They aren't very organized, and that matters when there are several door dashers trying to get their orders at the same time. Not terrible service, but definitely not great.
