McDonald's Menu Prices at 8001 Nw Hwy ★3.6 (1493)

Went through the drive through due to an injured ankle. Noticed my nuggets were missing. Drove back and had to walk inside on my hurt ankle because I wasnt waiting in that 15 min line again. Got my nuggets. Came home, both of my sandwiches were completely wrong...... Fries were fresh and delicious...... at the bottom of my bag. Not impressed. Food is fresh, but make sure you check every single item before you leave.

I picked up order there today for a customer. It sat there on the shelf for 5 to 10 minutes. Who knows how long it was there before I got there I had to look around the corner to get someone’s attention and it’s still took another five minutes for that to happen. There’s no customer service at McDonald’s anymore. And then and then I finally got the order and I told her that I was like it’s been sending this whole time you could’ve gave it to me a long time ago, but instead, she decided to fix two other orders take an order outside instead of attending to me. There was another customer standing in the lobby that she totally ignored and he walked out mad. I did DoorDash and I refuse to pick up any more orders at McDonald’s because the service there is horrible.

Went on to pick up an order and I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone asked what I needed. Prior to being checked with 2 employees had stood in front of me at the register talking among themselves without acknowledging me at all. Once I was asked what I needed and I said im here for a pick up order, the worker just walked away without confirming it was being worked on or will be ready in a moment. I have had much better service at other locations. This one I seem to always have service type issues at. Avoid this location.

THE MORNING STAFF BEFORE 7AM IS AMAZING ! I usually stop by between Monday and Friday and the whole staff is incredibly nice and I've never gotten anything on my order incorrect.

Why is customer service at every location so terrible.? The employees just leave you standing there as if you don't see them 2ft away. They walk past you several times before actually helping you then just walk away. I don't eat the food but unfortunately I pick up food for others. Not worth the money or time ordering at any McDonald's in town.
