Just garbage. Asked for a McDouble with ONLY bigmac sauce. The person repeated it back to me perfect. I get home and I open a mess of a "burger" with everything on it. Fast food workers want "higher wages" but can not follow SIMPLE instructions. These "workers" don't even deserve minimum wage. Get better, or quit your job. Y'all suck.

I paid for a Bacon Quarter Pounder with cheese and this is what they gave me 😏a regular Quarter Pounder. Someone needs to pay more attention here because we're not asking for free food, we're paying for it.

At 3:09 AM on Nov 26 2025 I came through the drive through and was told they do not have any drinks or mcflurries. I asked for a refund and they said they dont do refunds. I said that's not how that works so they asked for my card for the refund. I told them that my chip doesnt work on my cars and they'll need to attempt a few times to get the prompt to swipe the card. After a few minutes the lady at the 2nd windows came back and told me the chip doesnt work. I told her that I know and I told her that. She said she cant give me a refund without the chip and so then I explained it again. After that another lady came up and asked me to back ip to the first window and then I tried my card 3 times with the chip and swiped and got my refund. The young lady at the 2nd window was rude and was either lying or not very knowledgeable. Either way she was rude the entire time. Frustrating experience and I didn't get what I ordered. You guys should keep the app up to date on what is available and you should also train your second window employees to be kinder and more knowledgeable about their job and role.

I’ve had a consistently great experience at this McDonald’s lately. The management running the place is doing an excellent job, and every time I visit, the crew is friendly and efficient. The food is always delicious, and the drinks are perfect. Highly recommend!

This McDonald's is horrible. Went last night to use my McDonald's App. My code was for a free large fries. The person at the drive through said my code didn't work, even though on my phone it showed that it went through. I even showed him and he blamed it on their computer connection. Obviously there was a connection if on my phone it showed it went through. The free fries is not the point, it's rude liars. Go to 41st and Harvard location. They have the best most pleasant workers. This one is Trash!
