McDonald's Menu Prices at 5480 Forest Dr ★3.3 (1631)

Doesn't even deserve a one star it's Sunday morning at 9 o clock and still not open allowed my online order to go through and refused to tell me how to get my money back. Staff were rude and not helpful at all this store needs to hire better employees employee claimed she was new and we had seen her there for months.

consistently the worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to! i come here once every few weeks to see if the experience ever improves, but it never does. i wait in EXTREMELY long lines for food almost every time. there was one occasion where my friend was in the drive thru for nearly an hour and they ended up getting the order wrong! had to wait another 20 minutes for them to make the extra burger that they forgot. to their credit, they gave us extra cookies as a sorry. doesn’t feel like enough though when this is consistently the same bad place. the line will be absurdly long and orders just won’t be taken for up to 15 minutes at a time! absolutely insane! i have thankfully had positive interactions with staff, but that’s about it as far as good things go. i could go on about more bad stories, i do not recommend coming here in the slightest.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to the state they are short staffed and there are plenty of workers just no one that’s actually know how to run nor work a actual shift my 14yr old neices n nephews would’ve run circles around them in that kitchen the shift leader or manager needs to be fired immediately they put a bad name on Mc Donald the company and the customers who come here

This is the only location near Forest Acres that has burritos prepped and rolled for breakfast. Nearby locations on Decker Blvd and Parklane Rd seldom have burritos available due to laziness not demand. The one small issue with this McDonald’s is that customers cannot use the kiosk to order with the app if paying cash. That slows things down and defeats the purpose and efficiency of the app and kiosk. It’s like they don’t want to man the counter and accept cash. Very friendly staff
