McDonald's Menu Prices at 4403 Jefferson Davis Hwy ★3.3 (1696)

Super friendly and helpful staff here. Quick in and out. Easy on and off the highway.

My stepdad got his food and his food was raw.. he didn’t realize until later on since we’ve trusted this mcdonald’s.. they weren’t busy.. didn’t take long to get the food maybe 5 mins.. the fries were hot.. and i don’t leave reviews but he asked me to so no one experiences this..

I came thru the drive thru, and I had a mobile order which was a kids meal hamburger add mayo with a blue raspberry slushy. Ok so I wanted in the line for 20 mins to even get to the speaker and when I got to the speaker I waited 10 more mins to place my order. Now, I didn’t mind the wait because I used to work in fast food so I know how it gets. Ok cool placed my order pulled around, got my receipt cool. I proceeded to the pick window ok noting is ready the cashier let me know that, I would need to pull up because everything was cooking fresh. Which again I had no problem with cool so I pulled up. Took them maybe 5 mins to bring my order out ok cool. Now my problem is if I’m waiting all that time for my food why is my food NOT FRESH. Fries cold and old, burger cold as well with EXTRA MAYO and I only asked for the regular amount. Now I had somewhere to be and I haven’t eaten all day so I said ok cool I’m going to still eat it being that a paid my money cool. I go to pick my sandwich up and mayo is all over my hand and mind you I’m driving and it’s just me in the car. So my problem is the burger was sloppy ashhh and like I said I still ate it hell I was hungry. Also like I stated before I order a slushy, slushy watery ashhh couldn’t even finish. I’ll let my food slide by being cold but I’m not about to drink a watery slushy. I will NOT be returning to this location again. Consumer service was fine the the food was terrible ashh.

This is ridiculous. I ordered at 6:55pm and did get my food until 7:18. It wasn't even busy at the store. Then my sandwich was supposed to have extra pickle, onions and no salt. It had the regular pickles and no onions. Didn't even have the label on it to show it was a custom sandwich. On top of that the burger was almost out of the wrapper in the bag. I'll definitely never come to this McDonald's again. The only reason it got two stars on food was because my fries were hot with no salt like I asked.

If I could give the store a zero I would first I want to say I understand this is McDonald’s and it’s not a five star restaurant but the service that I received today was beyond ridiculous and the fact that was from a manager is even more crazy, I go through the drive-through I get to buy one get one for my children all the time. My total always comes out to 840 today. They wanted Coke slushy I added two mediums on my total was 13 and some change. It didn’t sound right even with the Coke floats added on so at the window where you pay I asked the woman I couldn’t even get it out of my mouth yet and she cuts me off so I let it go cause I don’t want to argue. She has me a receipt. I go to the second window that’s where I meet. Whoever the lady was cause she refused to tell me her name and she’s holding my Coke float out the window. They were overflowing like volcanoes. Just bubbling out everywhere and she looks at me crazy cause I asked for a napkin then I turned to see that it’s overflowing in my drink order and I knew that I could not ride home without a mess With them overflowing the way they were so I asked, and she would make them you would’ve thought. I asked her. Can she build a whole new McDonald’s She rolled her eyes. I proceeded to ask her about the buy one get one for a dollar deal and she tells me that it was rung up wrong so I asked can I get my money difference? She rolled her eyes like how dare I ask her to do her job and she said well it’s gonna take 3 to 4 days since if you paid with a card and it’s only like two or three dollars. I don’t care how much it is. I want my money back when she takes my Coke floats finally still haven’t received no napkins have Coke all over my clothes have Coke all in my cupholder. She comes back and brings me two kids cups half full with Coke floats in it. I did not pay for that. I paid four dollars for two medium ones. At this point, I am so upset I don’t even wanna refund anymore. I just wanna get out of the drive-through. She was the most rudest, unprofessional manager, and an establishment I have ever came across. Needless to say I left unhappy did not get a refund did not get napkins and my kids got half ass filled cups just because they were overflowing and they didn’t want to just remake one. They just poured one into 2 cups stuff not cheap anymore. Nobody forces anybody to get a job so if they don’t wanna be there, they need to either get fired or find a new one.
