McDonald's Menu Prices at 2552 Airport Hwy ★3.5 (2492)

When my husband and I travel, we always enjoy a McD's breakfast to go. We have never been disappointed until today at 9:30. Instead of redeeming my many points, I used one of their deals - a breakfast sandwich for .29 with purchase of breakfast meal. My husband got his Mcgriddle meal, and I got my biscuit sandwich and another hash brown. We first noticed the hash browns were overcooked and had an oil smell. His McGriddle leaked out on my pants when I took it out of the bag. My biscuit was way overcooked and very crunchy. Plus, both had much more (tasteless) egg than normal. Mine had very little bacon on it, no real taste and I didn't even finish it. Also, the lid on his coffee wasn't on completely and it spilled on the console when he put it in the cup holder. Overall, I haven't been this disappointed with fast food in a long time. It's sad that this store seems to be a poor representation of the chain, according to other reviews and me. This was the 2nd day of winter storm Fern, but the temps were above freezing, the roads were clear and they were open. I first thought they may have reheated items from day before.

If I could, I would give-5 stars! I placed an online order and clicked on the Alcoa highway location! When I was finished, I noticed it said the order was waiting at a Texas location! Never had that problem til today! I went to the location I originally chose and I couldn't believe how bad that place has gotten! Not only did the employees not greet me in, but they were just standing around doing idk what! There was a heavy set female who.very rudely told me they were closed (it was only 8ish pm) and I told her I had an online order and the whole story! She said "yeah well Idk what to tell you other than to cancel it" so I asked how and handed her my.phone! She took it and fiddled with it before saying "idk but we're closing" and I had to snatch my phone back! I said."ok whatever" and that's when she started cussing me out and calling me names! Soooooooo unprofessional and so immature!!!! I have thick skin and I don't let childish nonsense bother me! Miserable.People are just that! I will never be back to that location ever again! Honestly, that place has been horrible for.sometome, and should be shut down! Especially considering the whole.place smelled like Marijuana! Which is probably why they were "closing" honestly! McDonald's, DO BETTER!!!!!! SMDH

Let me say what a NICE experience one will have at this McDonald’s. The staff is great and professional. They greeted us with a smile and the order was hot fresh ( which iykyk ) and made to order and correct on all accounts. The young lady that took our order was in good spirits and actually seemed as if she enjoyed her job. They are doing something right at this McDonalds!! Other stores need to take notice.

Problems with my order today include the omission of an extra slice of cheese I paid for as well as not providing sauce for the nuggets. I'm leaving this review so they can improve.

It’s 12/15/25 went 2day at 2pm-ish about 4 days ago I sent my man out there & they left out a large fry & 2pies then 2day when I sent him out there he mentioned that & said is everything in there bc they left out stuff last time “oh yeah it’s in there” they replaced 2 pies & left out my 10pc but made sure the bbq was in there 😳🤯 and the fries look like crap (I change it never usually call these places or even write reviews only reason I did is bc they constantly 4get stuff and things are just too expensive these days & at this point it’s getting ridiculous. Reason I’m even writing this review is bc I probably won’t get through on the phone to them bc I’ve called & they’re not answering, & the other day it took me 4ev to even get through) this is twice in a row and to be honest, they mess it up more times than they get it right. On a good note the lady I spoke with the other day was very friendly.
