McDonald's Menu Prices at 7011 E Shelby Dr ★3.1 (1508)

Last week went to Whataburger and the food was so bad that it reminded me of McDonald's small cheeseburger. So, I decided to get some McDonalds. Its been many years. Will always have LOVE considering this was my first job. Order Big Mac Meal and a side 10 pc nuggets. The food was fresh. The young men at the windows were very intentionally working. My order was exact. After eating my food, it will likely be many years before I'm back. I realize why McDonalds works. McDonalds is McDonalds and has been for many years. Now one goes to McDonalds expecting an elevated experience. You go for the convenience of I'm hungry right at this moment. Thanks for the fresh food and kind gentlemen at the window.

The service was fast and friendly. The food came out hot and fresh in only a couple minutes. The store was clean inside and out. I had just come from another location where I stood st the counter for over 10 minutes never to have my order taken. I was in a bad mood to begin with, but your location restored my faith in McDonald's. My only suggestion would be to put a couple trash cans on your lot so people who eat in their cars have a place to throw away their trash.

I set the drive through for 10 minutes, somebody else pulled up, they took their order, never bothered to take mine, I had to pull to the window, I get there, I order an Americano. It's on their menu, they looked at me like I was crazy. They then asked me to pull up for an Americano I shouldn't need to pull forward. It's a coffee. It's 8:30 in the morning. You don't have coffee made.

Giving them 1 star isn’t low enough for the disrespect and disservice I received on this past Friday, 01/03/25. After ordering my food, I got home to discover there was a sticker (the stickers they put on their pies) on my burger. So I took it back and the manager on duty responded by saying that’s a simple mistake. He was condescending, dismissive and disregarded the fact that I had to drive all the way back there because of their “mistake”. Hair on your food is a simple mistake, but a big piece of paper is not. I’ve contacted the company that runs this location and I haven’t heard from them yet. I will be contacting the health department.

This McDonald's location is one of the best. Every time I go there, my food's always hot. It was a long line. It didn't take long to get my order. I had pre-order online, and my food was hot. Who doesn't love when they get hot French fries?
