McDonald's Menu Prices at 1425 Debbie Ln ★2.5 (106)

Please believe all the bad reviews and drive the extra mile to the Holland location! This location has been open for about a year now, maybe less. But they still can't seem to get it right. A drive thru order shouldnt take 15 minutes of parking and waiting, and you should definitely expect all your food, and for it to be good... This is literally never the case.. When we stop occasionally for my family, because it's so close to our house we always hope it will be better, it's not.... It always takes forever, no matter how you order, and they are always guaranteed to be missing one of your items and the food is never cooked all the way, or is over cooked. Whoever marked off the items on my receipt didn't even do their job right because I was still missing food 😑 Idk how this location is even still open. Whoever is running it needs to find a new hobby.

This is the worst McDonalds in Mansfield. There is no menu board and they basically force you to order with a tablet. There is no drink machine so you have to walk up to the unoccupied counter and try to get someone’s attention to get a refill. For the first time in my experience, the beef was undercooked. McDonalds stands for a consistent guest experience and food, this one falls short on both. The McDonalds on Walnut Creek or the one at Broad and 360 is much, much better.

Food and crew are going to end this location. I will not be back. The buns were stale, the fries were half full and I was told I had to pay for condiments. I hope the owner will see this and make changes. Watch the cameras at night.

This idiot denied giving me my order of a single Double Cheeseburger the night before last. I am a DoorDasher, I got a DoorDash to pick up an order there at 2 AM, when I got the order I was 8 minutes away from this location, so I got on the app and ordered a single Double Cheeseburger for myself due to my low blood sugar. I arrived at the location to pick up the customer’s order, which I received 5 minutes later than it was promised on the DoorDash app, then I asked them for my personal order and they denied giving it to me, stating that I had to deliver the DoorDash order before I could have my personal order. They do not have the right to do this at all. It is a health risk, and I am an Independent Contractor with DoorDash my behavior on my time is that of my own. This McDonalds has lost its damn mind. Way overstepping their reach.

I asked to wait for fresh fries before I even paid. They said that’s perfectly fine. They gave me old fries. I Requested to switch them out(Limp fries are clearly old). The cashier said yes. Then I watched the manager, put old fries at the bottom of the large fry container and then fresh fries on top. It’s October 1, 2025 at 1:15 PM. Whatever manager that was working at that time knows she is wrong. I didn’t want to cause a scene over fries, so I’m simply going to leave a review.(May Karma get her the next time she spends her hard earned money for food)
