Honestly I personally don't understand all the bad reviews. The staff is always so nice. Yeah maybe alot of them predominantly speak Spanish doesn't mean they should come off rude to you. I dine in at this location and carry out multiple times a week and the food is always hot and yeah even though when you dine in you have to keep getting up to ask for packets of ketchup doesn't mean it's a bad place. SMH. Come on. This location is always clean and the staff is quite friendly. The food runners are always very welcoming and friendly and always ask if we need anything even though there is a language barrier. I enjoy every staff member at this location. Thank you for treating my family well.

Worst McDonald's ive been to in a long while. This place used to be good, great service less than a year ago and now they hired abunch of people that dont speak a lick of English so have fun with them not getting your order right. I ordered 2 drinks, drinks that they didn't even have to actually make and it took 15 minutes because they got them wrong and the proceeded to remake them wrong again because they didn't understand. This was my 4th time with this happening where I tell them something and they are getting it way wrong or missing items. I even had an employee argue with me over 3 pancakes that THEY forgot. Absolutely ubsurd. Especially when other people are frustrated with orders standing in line next to me to! DO BETTER PEOPLE!

Officially done with this location second time in 5 years raw food only this time I got very sick and so did my daughter ! Very frustrating I missed work and was down for 4 days and an 300 dollers medical bill later no contact no effort no nothing even after attempting to tell them no answer to the phones at night this location is just cursed man.

I ordered a deluxe quarter pounder, bacon with cheese, and I only receive cheese and meat with tomatoes on it, which I am allergic to tomatoes. I'm having such a bad day right now. i'm a little customer to this branch and I will not be going back

Consistently the worst McDonald's that I've had in Austin. The fries are always lukewarm and not crispy, and the burger patties taste like they just made too many in advance and they sat under a heat lamp for way too long. Can't tell you the last time I had fresh Krispy salty fries and a freshly cooked hot Burger here. If you don't have the volume stop making so much in advance. Clearly you have a problem based on the reviews. I'm convinced this is the Crux of your issue. And the handful of five-star reviews on here stating best McDonald's ever are clearly BS posts designed to try and up the average.
