McDonald's Menu Prices at 9715 Barker Cypress Road ★3.6 (1510)

I have to say that George was exceptional and friendly. When ordering extras and paying for them, I expect the items to have extras. There is no consistency. Extra Mac sauce being paid for means extra Mac sauce. I've ordered it as is and have had Mac sauce oozing out and making everything covered in sauce. I don't mind that at all. I order extra and I get a dry Big Mac. The dining area was filthy. Drink station sticky and filthy. Whoever is in charge of the evening / night shift obviously has no quality control over the food or the dining area. They were moderately busy but they should expect that and staff properly. Another management blunder. Other than George, the experience was fail for the night. I'm not one to usually post bad reviews, but this one, I feel, is more than deserved by the management on 10/01/2025 @ 9pm

First time and last time at this McDonalds. It took almost 20 minutes to get my food in the drive thru. I had to go find a worker to ask about. This is what sub bacon looks like. A half a piece of bacon. No syrup, no butter, no utensils. No wonder the company sales are dramatically down.

The other week I was missing an item, didn’t make a big deal and wasn’t going to go back. But now this week I got brown soggy brown lettuce in my McChickens. Please please always check your food and families food before eating. With such high volume I can sometimes expect some errors but not checking food quality before serving that is unacceptable.

Easily one of the worst McDonald's when it comes to service. I have never been here when you don't have to pull over and wait to get an order. Unless its just a soda. There were no cars lined up at the speaker so we ordered immediately drove directly to the window and paid immediately got directly to the second window where they give you your order and we got our sodas immediately and then pulled over into spot number two and told to wait. I come here because it's close to my house. If there was another within a reasonable distance I wouldn't...

Worse experience at this McDonald’s! Ordered through the app and drove out of my way because it showed this location had the Boo Buckets. When I got to the first window, the cashier confirmed they had plenty. At the pick-up window, the worker asked what I ordered (even though she had a screen right in front of her) why am I doing your job? Then she said they didn’t have the Boo Buckets and called her co-worker a liar! Wow… I asked, “If there’s no Boo Buckets with the happy meal, what do I get instead? A different toy??” She shrugged and said she didn’t know, she cut me off, then said she’d get the manager. The “manager” didn’t even come to the window to talk. She literally hid behind the counter where I could only see part of her. They were talking back and forth, and I overheard the worker say they haven’t had those baskets “in a year or so,” while the manager said they do have “Halloween baskets.” YES!! McDonald’s advertises them as Boo Buckets, not “Halloween baskets.” Once that was cleared up, she handed me two small drinks. Wrong! I had to repeat my order twice. Again, why am i doing your job?? I ordered two Dasanis. My sauces were wrong as i looked in, but was too frustrated to even care and drove off. Then i realized my ranch wrap was missing. I had my child in the car, so I went back through the drive-thru instead of unloading her. The cashier told me they’d “help me in the pick-up line” why couldn’t she just walk over and hand me my missing item instead of sitting there waiting for the next car to pay? No common sense. Got to the pickup line and they asked if I got the spicy ranch wrap… my goodness, I ordered the regular one! At this point, I was beyond done. Worst customer service ever. I’ll NEVER return to this location.. not even if it were the only restaurant open during a storm. Get it together, Townelake McDonald’s! What a bad reputation of the area. And no, I’m not interested in emailing corporate or anyone else for “additional details.” This review IS the feedback. DO BETTER.
