McDonald's Menu Prices at 6101 N Mesa Ave ★3.7 (2006)

This McDonald's at the Coronado site on North Mesa in El Paso, Texas, is the most unclean dining room that I have ever experienced. As a San Francisco native and daughter of a multi-restaurant owner, I appreciate fine dining but McDonald's is my favorite casual restaurant. This particular restaurant which is across from a Carl's Jr, will be the last time that I ever visit this establishment. Already turned off by an unfriendly atmosphere with zero employees available and kiosks in your face, I was forced to find a dirty table to clean by myself. Almost every table had food trash and debris and the floors that were dirty, sticky and were strewn with trash! The garbage bins were overstuffed and were unsightly and completely unacceptable! After speaking with the manager who DENIED speaking English, I spoke to her in Spanish and told her it is the natural expectation of a paying customer to want to experience a desirable and clean dining room. I asked for the reason for the neglectful and unsanitary condition of the dining room. She said it was not her responsibility and I gasped! She told me that she would clean the dining room when guests arrived. I said, well I'm already here, don't I count as a guest? Because not a single one of you have stepped out in the last 40 minutes that I have been here. Except until I watched you, the manager, go to the bathroom and scurry back behind the counter. The other Spanish-speaking customers were nodding their heads in agreement as I firmly brought it to her attention that this was extremely unsatisfactory and that it was her direct responsibility for the management and cleanliness of the restaurant and to please the customers. I told her not only would she be receiving a horrible review from the the survey that is provided from the receipt, but that corporate will be hearing from me as well. And that Google is now a recipient of my of my disgusted opinion of this neglected and filthy franchised McDonald's. Shame on them and someone, in particular this manager named Cielo, if not all of them, should be fired for refusing to take accountability. Lack of training, ignorance or sloth.. whatever it is, there is no room for excuses when McDonald's prides themselves on efficiency, excellence and great customer service. If that's how the customers are treated, I wonder how the employees are treated. I might be the first whistleblower, but let's get it started. That's not called management; that's called mismanagement! Pictures will be provided... Readers, please tell me if you would like to eat here. 😵‍💫😖🤔🧐😵

The dining area was empty, yet it still took them more than 10 minutes to deliver the order. They were playing very vulgar music that could be heard throughout the dining area. The guy who brought the food was incredibly rude and showed no customer service skills whatsoever. The other guy had his pants practically down to his knees and also had a terrible attitude. The only friendly person was a girl with black hair. I hope they improve their service.

You need a new manager because you don’t microwave freshly made food. You gave my dad an old rubbery fish sandwich. How difficult is it to find a good manager? A sucker is born every minute. When I worked in fast food none of us deviated from the rules. Your other reviews show that it’s poorly managed and we were there last week so you didn’t fix the issue

McDonald's has been one of my all-time favorites. They started doing business when I was very young and have always liked it. Although I have been to multiple stores throughout my years, this visit was quite unique. Kathleen, the wonderful lady who took my order, was extremely nice and polite. Very pleasant. She was cheerful when she greeted me, very clear when she repeated my order and suggested I take advantage of a special they had. There was traffic that evening, but she didn't make me feel rushed. She was calm and collected, not anxious at all. When I advanced, I could hear her laugh with the customers inside the car behind me. She was all about customer service, something I had not encountered in a very long time at different businesses. I truly appreciated her. They took a while to fill my order, maybe they weren't expecting a rush, it was about 10:30 at night. But just because of her wonderful attitude, I didn't mind. What a refreshing experience....and my food was fresh and delicious as always 😉😀.

The food was cold. The service was excellent. There are 2 Restrooms but both of them were closed. Supposedly dirty and they didn't have someone to clean them. Customers couldn't use them. Atmosphere: staff was asking someone to leave the store because he had a drink from somewhere else.
