Ok so I ordered a large caramel frappe’, I always ask for extra caramel syrup with a shot of espresso on the side. Well they once again didn’t listen, they put the espresso in the drink and didn’t add extra caramel syrup. It was so gross and too strong, but they did still gave me espresso on the side. When you speak up they act like they don’t understand English then they go ask someone else. What’s so crazy this only happens in the morning. If it’s not my frappe’ it’s the food. It’s always something with them it never fails. Sometimes if I don’t have time to stop at this McDonalds I will go to the one in Arlington. After this incident I will for now on go to the one in Arlington. All I can say if you going to work do your upmost to keep customers happy and listen.

What did I wait for while 3 cars passed me up if you can't get the orders right you should NOT BE charging customers. I knew I should have checked my order before I drove away from the second window no one ever brought me my food at. Figured I was waiting on the bacon to cook for them to put in my burger that I never got but hey it's ok your company still got the additional cents ya charged me for it maybe now you can have enough cents to train your employees to read the orders right and make the burgers correctly.

Boy! Are they slow. Went into the restaurant, placed an order for take out one evening- at least a 15-20 min wait. What happened to fast food? Geez. & they didn’t put hardly any mayo on my mcchicken :/ Inside was fairly clean however. Confused as to why all the kiosks were offline though?

Ordered through the app and was all excited to get my food just to not be greeted by anyone at the speaker. After waiting for about 5 minutes I decided to move up to the windows to see if anyone was inside or to see if they were closed. Unfortunately to my surprise I saw tow employees just standing around not doing anything. Once they notice me I showed them my phone with the code and the man at the window just mouths "I can't hear you". After he comes to the window and finally opens it I asked home if they would be able to make my order and I was told " no sorry you can cancel the order tho". So now I'm sitting here having to wright this review instead of eating my nuggets. Never will be back to this location while they work there ever again!

Omar was excellent!! He was so calm, professional, attentive with my caramel coffee order. The manager didn’t understand what I wanted and charged me $1.96 for extra caramel without communicating that to me. But, Omar made the visit end well, and I walked out the door with a tasty coffee, and a smile thanks to him! :)
