McDonald's Menu Prices at 1420 Eastchase Pky ★3.6 (1985)

How hard is it to make a BACON egg & cheese when you order exactly that? How do you put steak when that’s not what i ordered. They weren’t even busy, how do you make a mistake like that?!?

I’m not a huge McDonald’s fan, however, when it’s late and options are grossly limited, it can feel like the best thing since sliced bread. McDonald’s comes in “clutch” from time to time and i can certainly appreciate it. Fast drive thru for the volume at this hour, which is impressive.

Ordered a meal for the whole family, arrived home I asked for sausage and egg McGriddle no cheese and add bacon. missing the egg in my McGriddle, ordered other meals missing my hash browns. And then I asked for an orange juice and instead I got water with yellow dye seems like it.

I recently visited this McDonald’s location and unfortunately the experience was disappointing from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere felt dull and uninviting — there was no greeting, no acknowledgment, and no sense of customer service. It felt like the staff were simply handing out food and sending you on your way with no effort to engage or make the visit welcoming. The food itself was okay, but it wasn’t as crisp or fresh as it should’ve been. What stood out most, though, was the lack of staffing and attentiveness. It seemed like no one was focused on customer experience, and the overall energy felt unorganized and indifferent. Cleanliness was also an issue. The dining area and surrounding spaces clearly needed attention. Tables weren’t wiped down, floors needed cleaning, and overall it didn’t give the impression of a well-managed or well-maintained restaurant. In the end, the visit felt rushed and overlooked. With better staff engagement, improved cleanliness, and more attention to customer service, this location could be much better — but as of now, it definitely needs work.

Placed an order on the app, pulled up and a car is blocking the driver thru where you order. So i drive Around to the window thinking I’d just grab my food from there. Nobody comes to the window, the employees are walking past the window as if I’m invisible. I have My son go to the front door and it’s locked. I drive Back around to the window, again the employees are acting like I’m invisible. I even Go back around and knock on the window and was ignored as an employee looked at me knock. There was someone working on the menu screen outside and i assume They were closed due to a technical issue which is fine and understandable. My thing is if that’s the case why are you allowing orders to be placed on the app, why are there no signs on that door to inform consumers, why did the manager not come up with a better plan to inform customers of what’s going on. A simple sign on the windows would suffice. So now I’m out of $25.00 with no explanation. I’m very reasonable and understandable, it’s just the principle. I’ll be contacting corporate, the manager , bbb and whoever else to inform them of how the manager is running this store
