I pull up to the drive through and the guy speaking sounds careless and monotone. That’s not a big deal just dampens the mood. I pull up to the window and the young girl doesn’t look my way and is literally just standing there in the same spot staring at who knows what, just day dreaming/gazing towards the kitchen. Not moving or saying a word. She then open the window maybe 3 minutes later to ask me if I could wait on the side of the road for my order, I say sure and ask for some sauces. She says “some what??” Had to repeat myself, and then yea sure and then closes the window. I’m waiting for her to move and get the sauce now so they don’t forget when they bring my order because from the interaction I’m having she is not going to pass my request down to the worker bringing me my order. She just goes back to gazing at the kitchen cluelessly. I say to myself, she passes my request down and park on the side of the street waiting. Worker bring me my food, and ask the worker are the sauces in the bag? He says, “yea they should be in there” and starts walking away, I say “boss man” loudly and on a quiet night where I could be heard. He ignores me and wanders back into the kitchen looking hypnotized like something was calling him towards that kitchen and could not engage me. I see another worker coming out the kitchen and ask him if he could bring me some sauces and I swear to god this kid walked like he had all the time in the world. He had no sense of urgency, it was mind blowing how slow he was trotting. By far the worst service I received was by the young lady in the window. No greeting, no time estimate, and didn’t fulfill my request when asked and she was doing absolutely nothing but standing there. Not a muscle was moved. Also the order was wrong and the buns look like they were dropped on the kitchen floor, picked up some residue and put right back on the patty and served to me. The meat was off center from the bun and the burgers were drenched in mayonnaise.

Wth mcdonalds.... i ordered a large fry and the carton was only half full! Mind you, i hadnt eaten any yet and there were no spilt fries free floating in the bag. Please do better. Attached is the app photo of a large fry and what i got. My break was cut short so i didnt have time to negotiate new fries....

I use the app and pickup parking, which often is full because customers dining or ordering in apparently can’t read. Go when it’s busy; otherwise you’ll get stale food indifferently garnished. In slack times, the employees must have second jobs, because they’re not doing this one. So why do I go here? Convenient and cheap. Update: I clicked the link in the response below from McDonald’s. I received a prompt and apologetic reply. They’re sending a gift card. I’ll try it out at this McDonald’s again and report back here. Update: I got the gift card, and I’ve been back a couple of times. Everything was much improved!

Went thru the drive thru after work ordered a few items and a PLAIN SPICY MCCHICKEN. instead they gave me a mcchicken with a bite literally taken out of it.

It’s a McDonald’s at the end of the day, food-wise. What sets this McDonald’s apart, though, is the wonderful staff! The employees are always so pleasant, kind, and SO efficient. This McDonald’s is SUPER quick and has a lot of people working to ensure it goes smoothly, with many even being outside along the drive through line (a la Chick Fil A) to keep things speedy. They rarely get my order wrong at all, which is saying something because I am particular so I always have a lot of adjustments I ask for! The employees are great, and whatever they are getting paid, they deserve more!
