I don't usually leave reviews for McDonald's, but last night's experience was so good that it’s worth sharing. We tried the new Honey & Hot sandwich and it was delicious; the combination of bacon and jalapeños gives it an incredible flavor. However, what truly made our dinner special was Susan. She assisted us with a fantastic attitude and a genuine smile that is greatly appreciated. Plus, she is bilingual, which made everything easier and shows her professionalism with every customer she serves. People like her are the reason you want to come back. Kudos to the team for having someone like Susan! Thank you for the excellent service.

They let homeless people walk around dirty. They beg for your food and ask for money. Tables ate dirty and food is awful. Its cold. I paid 8.00 for meal not worth it. The front lady doesn't understand English and she debates you. Awful place. Its noon time and its probably why no one is here. Cold fries.

It is ALWAYS something at this location! The ONLY reason I come here is because my five your order LOVES McDonald's and it's in walking distance. Before today , they forgot a whole happy meal the bag was double sealed (doordash) then my daughter drink and so on . Let me also state the atmosphere is not welcoming . Then to be rude also . This is my last day trying to eat or do business here . Not even worth the frustration or food poison.

I ordered a Deluxe McCrispy with extra cheese, and my order was wrong. I only received the bun and the chicken patty, none of the deluxe ingredients and no extra cheese that I paid for. Very disappointing.

UD06/13/24: Not much better, but it looks like they were trying. The manager was running around helping but probably needs training. The employees were trying to keep up, but it was lunchtime. Not one table was clean, the counters were covered with food/drink spills, and the floor was ridiculously bad. The food was dry even though it was special orders, the sodas were either out or they flat. This is absolutely the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. All the employees are sweating(it is quite cool in the restaurant), and the manager is a mess. It looks like he had been wearing the same shirt for days.
