McDonald's Menu Prices at 8010 S Gessner ★3.5 (1723)

Good morning everyone, Well I came to this location and decided I want to place an order and was very highly disappointed. I place my order and I asked if they can make my food fresh because their breakfast biscuit sandwiches are always hard. I received my breakfast sandwich and it was hard like a rock. I then reverse the car inform them opened it up and showed them. So they remade the order. I open the food up and the biscuit was was extremely burnt. Then the man said that what you asked for crispy. I never once said I wanted it crispy that was a lie. I said fresh because I told him it was hard. With a customer service that I always received at this point I know I had to record. I advise customers to start recording when they go to McDonald's because McDonald's customer service is not the same. At this point I start recording and recording my breakfast as well as customer service. at this point I advise people to start going to Whataburger it might be $2 more but at least the customer service is always great. As well as they have great teams at every location.

They always got the best service. I’ll be coming here every day straight for 20 years. This is the best McDonald’s in the whole United States. They’ll be open when the other McDonald’s is closed is real bread winners they always chase the bag shout out to their amazing managers.Dafne Sandra Melanie and Luis need a raise they slaps got

Always get the order wrong from mobile order i didnt check my food today as I got it, I ordered a hot and spicy chicken mcgriddle meal from mobile app got to work and there is an egg & sausage mcgriddle in my bag smh dont understand how you get a mobile order wrong

The service was good and I didn't have to wait in the drive thru for very long. However, I ordered and paid for 2 egg and cheese biscuits and neither of them had cheese. So you may want to check your food before you leave the location.

I made an order for pickup in which I was as parked in the parking lot. I should have known hat I received my order to fast after ordering a double filet-o-fish burgers and fries EVERYTHING WAS COLD! This location SUCKS. I visually checked before leaving out of courtesy to the drivers behind me, but yeah I shouldn’t have to check for a large fry (received half of a large fry COLD) 2 double cheeseburgers (Luke warm) and of all things my fish was COLD. I live 1.4 miles away. I will STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!
