Loved my patties fresh off the grill and oh man the chicken deluxe was 10/10 juicy fresh

I went today and got my bday surprise and was given a cheeseburger. Once I got home and opened, an old stale burger patty. Not cool. I wish I would have checked my order before I left. Dang! I know it was free but yall didn’t have to serve me a stale burger.

Ive been going here for a while and one thing i notice is people begging. It use to be every once in a while. Now they are using it as a hub for begging. Like I go there and likely you'll be ask by an average of 2 person for money or food if you sit down and stay long enough. Some begger just sit there and wait for customers to come in and ask them. There used to be a security guard there but they stop. You guys to need to fix that situation or your mcdonald business will get bad. More and more will come cause they see it as a great place to fish there. I used to give out now Ive stop because its getting annoying. Especially when someone fake cry and act victimhood and try to make you feel like a bad person. Meanwhile I see that same person outside of mcdonald begging for money and joking it will help them buy weed to help them with their seizures.

It’s disappointing to observe that this establishment appears to prioritize serving individuals of a particular ethnicity while refusing a simple request for water from someone like me, a Black woman. Despite my calm demeanor, the staff’s actions—ignoring my request, calling a security guard to monitor me, and even having the guard place his hand on his weapon—are not only unwarranted but also deeply concerning. As a licensed security professional myself, I find such behavior both unprofessional and unnecessary. This type of discriminatory treatment reflects poorly on the establishment and highlights a systemic issue that should not be overlooked.

I’m tired of the same issues with them I don’t know why I even bother going back because it’s the one closest to me smh I ordered a meal no fries no sauce I specific asked is everything in there and they said yes and no there wasn’t smh I shouldn’t have to always want to check my order im tired of always coming home to half of my stuff so mad and disappointed some changes need to be made because im paying for meals and not receiving my whole combos but its a problem when we want our food or money back need to hire new management oh and called and no answer tired of this horrible
