McDonald's Menu Prices at 804 S Shary Rd ★3.8 (2758)

The drive thru at this McDonald’s is supposed to be open 24 hrs. I have been here multiple times late at night or early morning and have only been able to place an order once. They won’t answer the speaker when at the drive thru. There’s employee cars outside and you can see them through the window but they will pretend they’re closed. Today they decided to block the drive thru with wet floor signs so no one even attempts to order. 11/23/25 at 2am and no one taking orders again

UPDATE!! I got breakfast, a normal McMuffin meal and when I got home they gave me just the wrapper for the hash brown with no hash brown in it!!! Unbelievable. And it’s not even worth it to go back cause it placed through the all and they are gonna drag me through hoops to get a refund. Raw burger, 30 min curbside wait, and unable to get refund unless you go in person even though you ordered through the app. Stay away from this one, it’s not as good as it once was.

i don’t know if it was the nuggets or the hot and spicy chickens that were undercooked, but my daughter and i woke up with severe food poisoning, and all we threw up was chicken. 5 stars for service only because the manager was super nice bringing us the order.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to, every single time I go they're closed between 2am and 4 am because of "computer issues", and it sucks because I use the app to order and then when I get there they tell me it will be reimbursed but it never happens, so basically they just take my money. Go to another location don't waste your time.

Don’t visit this McDonalds after midnight. I was just at this location and placed my order as I was arriving Check-In# KN52-HG04LJ Order# KN52. When I got to the window, the staff told me my order was not visible! They could see my name and the order number, but the field to show what I ordered was blank. They said don’t worry, that the order that was missing would be refunded to my bank since it wasn’t finalized, and to place my order again. So I drove around and parked, manually cancelled the first order to be safe, then built the same custom order again. I pulled back to the speaker with Check-In# OG73-XW63XW Order# OG73 and was told the SAME THING. My order NAME and NUMBER were visible, but not my order itself. That was enough for me. I drove off and cancelled the order in the app. (Apparently this McDonald’s was also low-staffed since they were taking a great amount of time to get to everyone waiting at the drive thru! 34 minutes to get through on the first line. 10 minutes in the second line.) Anyone else have this problem? I’m on the most current iOS and McD app, and those combinations worked FINE at other McDonalds locations in the valley.
