McDonald's Menu Prices at 2801 Nolana Ave ★3.9 (1854)

Disgusting and unsafe ! I ordered a MCD Pack and two drinks (requested sweet tea) with chicken sandwiches extra mayo from the drive-thru. My daughter tried the tea and said it was unsweet and I let it go. Then I gave her a chicken sandwich and found a paper ticket soaked in mayonnaise inside the sandwich. I swapped it for another one and every single chicken sandwich had paper inside. Absolutely disgusting. Later I grabbed a buffalo sauce and it was Chick-fil-A buffalo sauce, how does a Chick-fil-A sauce end up in a McDonald’s bag? I called the store, asked to speak with a manager and asked them to check the cameras. They said they checked and told me I was wrong, even implied I was lying, and then hung up when I asked for their name. This is a health hazard and terrible customer service. Not coming back. Parents beware.

As a treat for my family and I we got breakfast takeout tell her to get home and see that hashbrowns were soggy. The sausage was burnt and my bagel speaks for itself do better.

Worst service ever. Literally takes an unacceptable amount of time to get your food while making everyone wait at the curbside. Kids with no adult supervision working the store just standing around and chilling like it’s no big deal. It’s a job for a reason. Find somewhere else to work if you just want to stand there.

First time ever ordering a cookie tote, recommend by friend. Horrible experience! Didn't even get a tote! They threw cookies on top one another all gross n in pieces some of them! Bad first time!

Don't usually do this but I am a little heated right now. Just left from this McDonald's on wow. I ordered my meal through the app for curbside. I ordered a happy meal, hot and spicy combo and a $5 combo. The kid that brought it to me was great and even went back in to get me a drink carry. This is when i noticed that i was missing the fries for the hot and spicy combo. So i get off and take the bag of food back in with me. I see the kid that brought me the food and i let him know and show him. He goes back and lets the girl bagging that he needs fries form my order. She looks at me then tells him to ask for my number. So i give it and she starts going through the order monitor to look for my order. When she finds it, she looks at it for a bit then turns and gives me a strange look for a bit. Then turns and goes gets fries, throws them in a bag, then throws the bag at the kid, then turns to me and yells "I put the fries in the bag" i told her to check the bag and she yells at me the same thing. I tell her to check the bag and im not sure what she said next but I told her if she wanted to search my truck for the fries as well. Had to turn and leave before ignorant girl made me lose my cool over $2 fries. It is sad because there is a McDonald's literally closer to me but have to hit a main road and this one i have to further but through back roads. I will be going to the closer one from now on till there management teaches it employees some customer service skills. I am one to let a lot of things slide when it comes to fast food because i know that most employees are kids and don't want to deal with people but yelling from the back to the counter to someone that had not said a word to you over some missing fries, is just crazy. To top it off i didn't even say a word except to the kid that brought my food and i was calm about it. And for none of the other employees to say any is also crazy
