Great Service, But Sanitation Concerns Need Attention While this McDonald's location has several strengths, a significant lapse in health and safety standards during my recent visit needs to be addressed by management. The Experience The restaurant was quite busy, both at the counter and in the drive-thru, yet the wait time was surprisingly decent given the rush. The location also features a nice, well-maintained play area for children, making it a good spot for families. Sanitation & Safety Issues Despite the positive service speed, I witnessed a serious hygiene concern: Unregulated Pets: A customer was allowed to have a Pitbull puppy (not a service animal) inside the dining area. The puppy was permitted to walk directly across the tabletops and was present at the front counter where food is ordered. Lack of Staff Intervention: Management and staff did not address the situation or ask the owner to keep the animal off dining surfaces. Cleanup Oversight: After the individual left, the tables were not immediately sanitized. In a high-traffic environment, especially one with a play area, maintaining bleached or sanitized surfaces is critical. Suggestions for Improvement I have uploaded photos to the map for reference. To maintain the quality of this location, I recommend the following: Strict Adherence to Health Codes: Ensure non-service animals are not permitted on dining surfaces. Proactive Table Clearing: During rush hour, a dedicated staff member should ensure trash is removed and tables are wiped down immediately after guests depart. Summary: I would still recommend this location because the staff is efficient and the facility is generally pleasant, but I hope to see more rigorous attention paid to cleanliness and pet policies in the future.

Stopped in for a treat with my honey! I got a large iced vanilla coffee…YUM! She got an apple pie. Who said a date has to be expensive??!! Nice, quiet environment! Pleasant staff!!

Terrible service here if you are trying to get service at the counter. I waited and waited to pay then had to wait and wait to receive my order. It’s outrageous and then more customers enter and they have to wait just as I did and not one employee stoped to help or acknowledge

This place is something else, First of all the service was non existent i sat at the window for nearly 20mins with no one around (see pic), they couldn't give the courtesy of telling me that they were waiting on an item or to even pull up. Second, they must not make reading a requirement. I order a QP without cheese and they constantly add the cheese even when the order ticket states NO CHEESE !!! Its not that difficult. & to top it off this is the burger they give (see pic) if I wanted cheese scrapped off I could do it myself ay home and kept the whole patty instead of what I got🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ worst expierence to date !!!!

This place sucks managers do not care about speed of service workers are non active and don’t have a sense of urgency lousiest Mc Donald’s staff I’ve ever seen. I would recommend all staff including managers need to be re-Trained asap Area Coach needs to take action Immediately it’s just making him/her look bad at this point.
