The establishment was dirty. There was a Tea carafe leaking on the counter and onto the floor in plain view of the customer and no staff to clean it up. The Syrup for the Sprite and Dr. Pepper ran out and the carbonation/syrup mix for the coca cola tasted flat even after 3 attempts of filling my cup. When I informed the staff of the soda machine issue one female employee asked me if I ran the machine then proceeded to explain the cocoa cola machine worked fine and they were aware that the Dr. Pepper machine was out of syrup although it did not have an out of order sign on it. When I went to the counter to order an Orange Juice as a replacement drink for my meal, they same employee told me they ran out of orange juice. I reminded the employee that my meal came with a drink and she said, "well, I don't know what to do."

It’s good for the most part but it’s been two times now I came here and i see a group of five siblings here. The two older siblings would go and leave the three younger ones literally playing around loudly and bumping into other customers. Employees not doing anything.

The old woman bagging orders was horribly rude and complaining that I was late to picking up my order but I had come earlier and it wasn't ready and that's normally what happens. She was dropping cups while filling them and sighing. These are people's orders and you are dropping their cups all about and sighing all over them too??? I work with McDonald's for events and this experience has left an awful taste in my mouth. I also didnt receive any of my Monopoly stickers. Food wasn't good either.

We stopped by McDonald’s just to grab some fries, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. We had to wait a really long time, even though there weren’t many people. When we finally got our order, the fries were dry and not fresh at all — definitely not what we expected. It’s a shame, because usually McDonald’s fries are great. Hopefully next time the service will be faster and the food fresher.

It was the most weird experience I have with McDonald’s . so I want there ask for breakfast meal and it comes with sausages so as I used to ask every time I told them please I don’t eat pork so she say all our sausages is with pork which was shock for me because no one ever tell me that so I ask her are you sure or maybe this is the only branch do that and she goes no ma’am it’s all McDonald’s branches we serve pork sausages that’s why it’s weird so I told her OK please can you give me my breakfast only egg and that’s it so thanks for the lady she let me know that . in the meantime I wonder why they didn’t say that to me in the other branches and I ask every time I go there oh my God I don’t know what to say.
