McDonald's Menu Prices at 5346 Roosevelt Avenue ★3.4 (1979)

Clean and Friendly Service This location provided a good overall experience. The staff were friendly and polite, and the restaurant was clean and well-kept. Service was reasonably quick, and the atmosphere felt comfortable. While everything was satisfactory, there is still some room for minor improvements. Overall, a reliable place for a quick stop.

This is ridiculous. Not sure why I keep going back to this location. Every time I go here, EVERY TIME, they mess my order up. When I call up there and ask for assistance in the matter I've always been given the run around. Tell me to come back but im already back at work and dont have time to leave. I've even been hung up on by one of the employees that I found out was pretending to be a manager. I only ever ask for no onion and no pickles because they dont taste right to me. Yet thia picture is what I receive. Onions on the paper are from one side of the burger and then there's even more in-between the patties. I will not be going here no more and I will have my crew not go here for lunch either. Some employees seem nice. Others have attitudes when im showing them kindness. Just rude from the start as if I had already offended them. I understand this is McDonald's and its fast food but the consistency of failure should not be this high.

They'll apparently not only take forever to get your food ready and get people through, but they'll also ADD TOMATO to a sandwich that DOESN'T EVEN HAVE IT AS AN OPTION on your mobile order. I guess from now on I need to be extra vigilant so McDonald's: 1) doesn't make me waste $6 and 2) doesn't kill my allergic wife. Completely unacceptable. For context, we ordered a spicy mccrispy chicken sandwich. NOT deluxe.

I went for lunch on my birthday today and ordered nuggets and 2 double cheeseburgers with large fries. Was told to wait in mobile order for fresh fries, my nuggets and fries were cold and old tasting. And one of my burgers wrappers legitimately smelled like something dead, I smelled the burger it smelled fine but I didn’t eat it. It was the wrapper that smelled like something died on top of it.

First been in food hospitality for over 20 years simple mistake but made no effort to correct. I had to move from drive through inside. Which negated my discount and could not be used any more. I feel this is a simple fix but no effort was done to help.
