If I could leave 0 stars I would , I went at 1:05 and ordered a McDouble plain with cheese and a 4 piece McNugget . I wait almost 20 minutes in the drive through to receive a BITTEN BURGER!!! I was served a burger that was bitten , and when I went to go and get my refund the manager says “why did you wait 30 minutes to come back” . We had already waited in line for almost 20/25 minutes just to get home and receive a BITTEN BURGER ! The manger didn’t even refund the full meal . DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !!!!!

So i placed an app order for the sw military location, when I arrived at the sw military location, they were out of everything i ordered thru the app. So I asked them to please cancel the order i placed and I would go to the nearest other McDonald's on poteet jordanton hwy. The crew member said no problem your money will be refunded back to your card. So I drove to the Poteet Jordanton hwy location and place an order thru the speaker, not my app, I get up to pay, pay 23 bucks in cash, go up to the next window to get my food and they could not locate my order. The crew member asked me for my receipt and when he looked at it, the receipt was a refund receipt, which I found profoundly odd since I placed the order thru the speaker, not the app. So the manager came to the window and asked me to explain what happened, so i went thru what happened and she said ok il be right back, then the window was closed. A few moments later I was asked to move up to the next window. I sat there for over 20 minutes until I finally became annoyed and back up to the window and ask what was going on??? They just left me hanging with 2 screaming kids in the back seat with no explanation at all to what was happening with my order. So finally the manager came back and said she had to count the register to make sure I paid.... so she starts handing me my drinks and I could see the ice was melted and the first 2 inches of drink was water. I asked for them to please get us new drinks. I should have asked them to remake my food because when I got home, our burgers were so cold and soggy. The fries were cold and hard. Nothing was eatable!!! They made our food and then made us wait until they verified I paid for my food before they gave it to us snd we were missing an order of nuggets. They should have verified and THEN made our food!!!! This is terrible customer service and I will never be back. I am disabling my app as soon as im done with this review. I've had it!

I would like to Thank Jacob so much for his outstanding performance as a manager. Let me just say you can definitely tell when someone get promoted because they were next in line and when someone actually earned their way up to the position they hold. As a daytime manager, Jacob did a wonderful job in fixing my order with a good attitude and good service. He definitely deserves the position he’s in and more. i’ve noticed that McDonald’s over the years has lost one very important traits that all fast food establishment should hold, which is customer service… All of these New and young employees are always too busy on their phones and always have an attitude and are there only for a paycheck… I wish McDonald’s corporate set their sights On my feedback to appreciate workers like Jacob and to Have more employees with outstanding customer service -Jeremy De La Garza

Picked up the 5 dollar breakfast special. What a great deal it is. Sausage egg mcmuffin, hash brown and a coffee or small drink. Great service. Fast and polite staff. Food was also very good. Clean and well up kept facility. Will return and do give my recommendations for you to stop in a fill your hu guy belly with some good food from a friendly staff.

I don't know what is going on here but, lately the food isn't good to taste or packed correctly in Drive thru and Ordering from Uber eats! I'm a loyal customer been buying from this location since they opened. My son being autistic loves the chicken nuggets and today by far the nuggets were horrible! Both my sons picked at the nuggets taking the burnt parts off! The fries were also a bust today! They had some kind of brown sauce on it of some sort. Few weeks ago I had bitten my double cheeseburger and it had paper in it. Oooo don't get me started on the cookies my boys love them and they forgot to put them in the bag and both were upset! PLEASE FIX the way things are handled. Get better workers who want to work. Do Better McDonald's Crew!
