Expect inconsistency at this location. I have been coming to this McDonald's my entire life, and it is painful to watch the efficiency decline over the years. ​The service model has shifted heavily toward automation to the detriment of the customer experience. If you go inside, do not expect service at the counter; staff often ignore the register, forcing you to use the kiosk. If you use the app for drive-thru or curbside, be careful—if you don't check in immediately, the system frequently auto-cancels orders. ​Most frustrating is the reliability. 'Open 24 Hours' feels misleading here. The overnight availability is inconsistent, and I’ve often been turned away with the excuse that they are 'preparing breakfast' during posted operating hours. If you do order McNuggets, factor in a significant wait time. I want to see this location succeed because of the history I have here, but the current management and workflow make it a gamble every time.

If you come to this McDonalds, expect to wait a good amount of time till you get your order. Also expect to get your order wrong. The lady with the suit (some kind of manager ) was not leading by example. Being on the phone talking to your “comadre” while in the middle of rush hour and while talking to customers is unacceptable and unprofessional for a “manager”. Took me 40 minutes to get my order and while waiting to get my order I saw a customer come back to complain because she got a box with literally NO BURGER. JUST THE BOX ALONE. I saw the manager giving exclusive treatment to her friends by letting them pick what grinch socks they wanted , then another customer asked and she responded “ no we cannot do that”. As you can see in the picture no workers are wearing hairnets which is very unhygienic for a “restaurant”

I had to change my rating from 5 star to 1 star because it seems like after I left the 5 star review and receiving outstanding service for so long, recently it's just been downhill. Not sure if all the good employees quit because today the employee admitted they were short staffed. I ordered 2 chicken sandwhiches and a large fry, and it took them about 23 minutes to get my food out to me. At least 4 other people BEHIND me in the drive thru got their orders before me and for someone with only a 30 minute lunch break, losing 23 minutes of it waiting in the drive thru is outrageous. Hopefully someone will see this and make some changes to get this location back on track.

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at this McDonald's. The service was incredibly slow, and the staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in helping customers. I waited far longer than expected for a simple order, with no explanation or apology for the delay. When I tried to ask about my order, the response was dismissive and sarcastic. Good customer service includes communication and basic courtesy and both were lacking. I understand that fast food restaurants can get busy, but slow service combined with poor attitude makes for a frustrating experience. I hope management addresses these issues because there shouldn't be a moment in time where it takes 30 minutes for a freaking happy meal.

It always takes about 20 min to get my order and the dining room is absolutely disgusting. I would make this McDonald's your last choice. They are always "short staffed". *Always check your food it may be cold or wrong 9 out of 10 times
