Missed a whole box of food when I returned home, and for some reason one of the milkshakes had an odd blue layer at the bottom. Edit: even after the last issue was not resolved we gave it another chance. Milkshakes in fact. Ordered without whipped cream and received with whipped cream. When asked if they can make a new one, they simply poured it into a new cup, whipped cream at the bottom and all. Edit. Gave them another chance after they reached out. Ordered a plain and dry chicken sandwich. Somehow they decided to add double sauce instead of none. No more thank you

Terrible at getting the orders right. Late day for me and my family, we stopped by so we could feed the kids. Got home every burger has mustard when we ordered ketchup and cheese only. 3 meals all the Same. 3 meals wrong.

Well I do not eat here but my daughter wanted the Grinch meal which was no longer available so we ordered something else, btw the visit was today. So our cashier was fun, funny kind and friendly very customer friendly. We had a fun lil time at the drive thru as he swung open the door and he seem theatrical when giving me my total and i mentioned it to him. We all laughed and he continued to give us some of the greatest service we’ve had ever. I asked him his name so I could give him a review and he replied with “ My name is Fernando and don’t you forget get it” as he giggled and we also giggled because it’s a name that is familiar to me. Of course he doesn’t know this but nevertheless very nice guy friendly and fun. Give this guy a raise please he really loves it. Today’s date is Dec . 18,2025 Keep up the good work Fernando.

Alyssa was a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PERSON!!! I was trying to order over the counter because the kiosk doesn't accept cash and was standing at the counter for 15 minutes before I decided to reach out and before I was even done talking she shushed me telling me it'll be a while!! What kind of service is that anywhere!!! What a horrible HORRIBLE experience I decided not to order and go across the street to WHATABURGER! Whey better customer service and I didn't get TREATED THE WAY ALYSSA TREATED ME!! CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING IS A MUST AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!

Absolutely dreadfull service! Bunch of slow employees! Had the same guy asked me three times what I wanted after I told him the first time I was waiting for an order; like duhhh dude! They seriously need to work on customer service it's not a priority anymore for the people waiting at the front counter because they figure that they placed their order at the kiosk .Huge problem at all of the Mc Donald's I've been too!
