McDonald's Menu Prices at 8631 Broadway Street ★3.6 (2333)

Cashier Anjelica is the most kind and patient person...... I struggle to use the app with my arthritis and she was a great help, taking my phone and doing all the work for me... I tried the kiosk first, but I guess I'm old and not tekky at all..... she just smiled and said she'd help.... and she was like an octopus.. arms everywhere, helping me order two seperate orders so I could partially use my rewards, and other people asking her questions... my goodness........... McDonald's is lucky to have such a dedicated person... nothing phased her...... if I had my own company I would've snapped her right up..... also the girl from the back who brought my order out was such a light with her kind smile and making sure I had everything I needed..... I rarely go to fast food places.... but I will surely come back here more often.... they work so hard, I hope their manager knows!!... and the bathroom was so clean.... which is a welcome sight when traveling.

Stopped at this McDonald's at 5:10 am 15 Feb 2026 on my way to the airport. First I went through the drive through and it was taking too long for them to take my order. Then i parked and attempted to go in to order. The whole building was locked and you couldn't enter. They were only operating the drive through. Don't stop here on your on the way to the airport or you expect fast food quick service. There's something wrong with this McDonald's.

The employees here were awesome!! When I first ordered my food, the self checkout machines didn't give me a receipt, so I went to the counter to ask for one and was treated so nicely and was immediately asked what I need help with! After sitting down, my food came out extremely fast, almost as soon as I sat down. The place was also very clean and tidy compared to other McDonald's I've been to. When leaving, multiple employees wished me and my friends a good weekend. This was the best McDonald's experience I've ever had!

To the young woman working at the window this evening at 1030, you are so wonderful! I was having an absolute TERRIBLE night, but your smile and demeanor felt like a weight being lifted from my shoulders. Thank you for an amazing experience, you truly made my night so much better!

Visited this location between 8:20pm and 8:30pm today, February 14th, 2026. Drove up to the drive through speaker area in the inner most lane. We were the only car in the drive through. Sat at the speaker for several minutes, even said “hello” a few times, and no one answered. Another person pulled up to the speaker in the outer lane and someone took their order immediately. So I figured the speaker I was at must have been broken. So then, I pulled behind the car in the outer lane. They finished ordering, and I pulled up to the speaker. At this point, someone else had pulled up to the speaker in the inner lane. Their order was also taken immediately. Once they completed their order, someone FINALLY took my order. After taking my order they said “hold on a second”, then came back and said it will be a 15 minute wait for fries. I could literally drive home, and prepare my own fries in that amount of time. For fast food, 15 minutes for fries is absurd. Ended up leaving related to the VERY poor service.
