I order 4 steak egg and cheese McMuffins. 2 with extra steak and no eggs, and 2 with no onions, cause my fiance is highly allergic to onions. 2 with extra steak did not come with the extra steak and 3 of them had onions I toke them back with in 5 mins the manager said that there was no onions on the 2 with out onions but the funny thing is the one that had the onions. you could see plain as day had been removed but not all of it one piece of the onions was stuck down in the steak so now we are in the ER cause she had a reaction to the onions in my opinion is not worth your life to go back to this McDonald's I also have the steak sandwich that can be tested to see if it still has had the sauteed onions on it

This chicken sandwich is hard as a brick, tonight in general they are burning really fast through the orders but not being careful with them. It would be better if they took their time, and the food quality was thus better. My filet o fish was haphazardly slapped together as well.

Im not one to complain because I know jobs can be hard. I ordered 2 mcChickens and a large fry at 4pm. I didnt get my food til 5:15pm. Staff was busy throwing ketchup packets and what not at each other than working. stood at the counter for over 20 minutes before anyone even walked up to see what I needed. Never again will I come here. No professionalism at all.

Ordered from the app for table service. They let my food sit on the counter for 1/2 hour before I got mad and went to check. Told me they don’t have a table 127 really!! Could have apologized and got me fresh food but nope. Told me no table service here after I watched them bring food to a table.

I stopped here while riding my motorcycle from Dallas to Austin to grab a bite around 10pm. This was the worst McDonald's I have ever been to in my life! My food wasn't even wrapped. Looks like they put it on a wrapper & folded it, and then just threw it on the tray. The sandwiches themselves were just thrown together and were cold. The fries were brown and hard. When I asked for fresh fries, she brought me more brown and hard fries. So most likely using old oil. I forced myself to eat one sandwich and then ended up throwing the others & the fries away out of annoyance because they couldn't even fix the issue. I should have asked for a refund, but I just left instead
