McDonald's Menu Prices at 6715 Clinton Hwy ★3.2 (1585)

The first thing I did when I arrived, was go to the restroom and wash my hands. The restroom had a very foul odor to it I'm not really sure what it was maybe a clogged drain trap. There were stains all over the wall and hair in the sink. When I tried to exit the restroom, I could not because the button you have to push to get stuff to unlock the door was not responding. I walk through the lobby I noticed that every single table was covered in trash and food crumbs. It was only 11:30 in the morning. When I got to the counter, no one greeted me. Two of the employees made eye contact with me, but said nothing. Frustrated I went to the kiosk and ordered my own meal. Surprisingly, the meal came out very quickly. However, the fries were cold and soggy, and the hamburgers were cold and salty. It's only been a few years since they renovated this McDonald's and it's already trashed.

Turned me off to McDonald’s for good. Crazy people getting dressed in the aisle where people eat food. Waited an hour for messed up food anyways. Just awful. Worst food experience ever.

I don’t complain much but it’s not very drive through like of the lady at the window today at 1 pm she had a disgusted look on her face and a hateful sound in her tone and worst of all the line was all the way out the parking lot and by the time I got my food it was cold and my cheese burger was smashed flat and my fries was hard and crunchy instead of putting the fries back down in the fryers to warm them up please just make new ones I wasted 14 dollars today for my food to be nasty

Went to drive thru, waited 10 minutes. No one took our order. I drove away to have ny daughter go inside to order. People were standing around not caring about anything. Worker was eating food while taking another person's order. My daughter left. Seems customer service is not important.

I was on a call with my mom. She had went through the drive thru line as she was doordashing. To get the doordash order as well as order her a $3 !!! I repeat $3 item. And she was charged $30 for the person in front of hers order. Now my mom is not rude and is probably the most civil customer you will get in this situation. She also doesnt make much money so all she wanted was food for the night and she couldn’t risk losing $30. Purple haired white girl was probably high which is funny bc she is also probably underage. But the manager??? didn’t get her name but she was a short mexican lady. She was ignoring her, shrugging her shoulders, ect. They still tried to get my mom to pay for her food even though she had just paid $30 for someone elses food and yes they refunded (takes 7 days to process) and my mom doesnt have that much money. I work in fast food and an inconvenience like this is something that we care about. Oh wait this doesnt happen at our establishment bc we hire abled workers. Funny part is she didnt even get her food in the end. Especially WHEN it was your fault. Thx.
