To start off we order at 4:31 pm. We then moved up and were told to park. It was 4:56 when I finally decided to get down and get the order from the drive thru side door. When the manager asked me what I had, I told her the order she Place the bag in front of me. I looked at the receipt time and the order was completed at 4:41. It was now 4:56. I asked her why it took so long and why nobody checked on my vehicle as others kept leaving and I remained sitting there. She said the order just came out. I reminded her that I also ordered happy meal which she placed Ridley in front. I left and when I got home that’s when the worse happened. My one-year-old, who still isn’t able to speak drank about a fourth of his milk, I noticed he didn’t finish it, which is not like him. Once I thru it out a GIANT chunk of blobbed SPOILED milk came out. I was so upset that my son drank it and couldn’t voice that it tasted nasty or anything. Everyone checked your babies milk and this McDonald’s needs an upgrade of workers.

Biscuits and sausage is my favorite. The coffee is awesome 👌. You are the only restaurant in town that I know of that have us seniors in mind by giving us a discount on your coffee. It might be a little gestures for most but means a lot to me. Your staff is awesome. I always appreciate a friendly smile when I'm driving up to the drive through. The only negative I have to say is this morning to get my breakfast. I waited 25 minutes in the waiting line. That has never happened to me before. When I got home sandwich and coffee was cold. No biggie. Glad for my microwave. Thank you for your service and thank you for your great deals.

This is my favorite mcdonalds, the workers are usually friendly and that manager MJ I think is her name? She always does her best to get the food out as fast as she can. Sometimes when I go in at night, its really slow but they usually dont look like they have a lot of people working so I get it. Nice spacious lobby to do work in too! Thank you for everything, guys!

DO NOT GO TO MCDONALD'S on Saratoga & Cimarron 😡🤢 I saw the worker put his entire finger to stop ice while pouring the soda into the larger a cup w/ no gloves. He may have been Autistic not for sure but I don't care that was gross !! Find him another position!! Not dealing with food & drinks!! The manager said all she can do is talk to him. I told her I wanted a whole new order & NOT made by him.

Check food. This is what the quality inspection of food handling is being passed at the drive thru. Mobile order-drive thru order 1202. In addition, they got the order wrong with missing items I paid for. Luckily we checked our order before leaving the drive thru.
