McDonald's Menu Prices at 4540 Milwaukee Ave ★2.9 (474)

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. I’ve been to this McDonald’s a handful of times in hopes they evolved and nope. It seems no one wants to work I am waiting at least 5 mins in the drive thru trying to place my order and no one ever comes to the speaker and the food takes forever to bring out. Do not recommend.

This store is pure trash. They take the fast out of fast food. I can't get an order right to save their lives and you wait 30 minutes to get your meal. The manager offered us pies to make up for the time wait and we didn't even get those to top it off our order was wrong. I highly recommend any other McDonald's in the world other than this one. They're slow and rude when they make a mistake. They can't seem to keep up. Drive-Thru is pushed around lobby is left to wait and Drive-Thru pulls so many cars it forgets and loses orders. The managers seem lost and lack McDonald's knowledge and ability. Overall the store is entirely too busy for the staff on hand, but slow enough there should be no excuse. Highly disappointed.

I don’t typically write reviews for fast food but this McDonald’s earned it. I ordered online, arrived in 5 minutes and it was already ready. Got the $5 dollar meal and burger was great, nuggets AND fries were hot and crunchy. Ate it so fast I forgot to get a photo of anything but my milkshake. But what really made this experience great is the lady who handed me my meal. She had the biggest, brightest, most genuine smile and it made my entire day! To the lady working the window on 6-20 at around 2pm, you are amazing!

45 minutes on a curbside order. They say it’s “short staffed” but there’s 12 visible employees and all they want to do is talk, text and play around. Here’s the line cook texting.

I got accused of scamming by the manager when I returned to the store because they forgot an item on my order. My order was $49 and once I returned home I noticed I was missing a quarter pounder with cheese so I came back to the establishment and went through the drive through with my receipt to get the missing item. The manager had me pull over to the curbside section and then questioned me asking if I was trying to steal or scam them out of a simple quarter pounder. There is no reason for this type of interaction to have taken place.
