I ordered through the app and specified a toddler toy in the Happy Meal as I have a one year old. I pull through the drive through and they say they are just waiting on fries so pull forward and they will be out soon with my food. I asked, can you double check that I’m getting a toddler toy and not a regular toy as in the past they’ve made that mistake before and they said that they would take care of it. 20 minutes go by and I still haven’t gotten my food. I call the store to see what’s going on since by now my toddler is asleep in the back and I can’t go in. No one answered. Someone came out soon after and asked if they could help and I told them that I still didn’t have my food. They go and get it and offer me free fries, but I already have plenty of fries so I didn’t want more. I then get home and realize that even though the receipt says “toddler toy” they’ve given me the regular choking hazard toy and the fries taste old and soggy. Not worth my time or money for a “quick” lunch before nap time.

I do not like ordering on the kiosk. I rather have someone ring in my order. That what they are there for, not machines to take order. There is like 8-10 people in the back working.

Got food at the drive through paid for it total costing $17 and change got to the end of the drive through they gave me my food. I saw there were two wrappers that looked like my sandwiches. Then I got home to realize the scammed me and gave the the cheapest burger two of them. When I ordered a 3/4 with cheese and a hot and spicy mcchicken. They wouldn’t even give me a receipt after I paid. Idk if this was just an accident or if the employee purposely gave me the cheapest burgers after I purchased more expensive items and didn’t give me the receipt. Highly frustrating!

Like. Can you please train your employees how to do this correctly? Put the cheese in the middle. I cannot eat gluten and this literally sucks.

First off waited for our food for a solid 20 minutes inside. Just order your food in the drive through and then go inside. I ordered a quarter pounder at this location and it was red. Not cooked for a fast food burger. I asked the people that this wasn’t normal. The response they gave me was next time ask for it to be well done. I might be wrong but you shouldn’t have a rare burger like this right? They did give me another one but I feel like that shouldn’t be that red.
