It's sad that the management company(Giamo Management) so proudly represents themselves while delivering such sub par results. I'd be a bit ashamed to carry a 3.3 rating on Google reviews, and even more shameful of what customers have to say in them. My second star is for the occasional kid that cares enough to try. Management seems to be lacking. Training seems to be lacking. It's reflected in the quality of interaction and the quality of the food. Caring doesn't translate to leadership, which this place desperately needs. Food quality is not up to standard, service is below. You'd think an organization as formidable as Mc. Donald's, especially when it comes to process and standardization, would better equip their staff with the necessary skills to interact with both people and food. I hope that Giamo is tracking on some of this, and is taking steps to fix this location(it's been years, but hey, Rome wasn't built in a day).

I live local and will drive across town to avoid this place. The employees at night do not care what so ever about making orders correctly. You order a chocolate shake, you get so much freaking chocolate sauce covering up the fact that they used mint as the base of the shake

I love this location. Today I was totally shocked first I informed the employee that of my mobile order and she gave me the impression she did not believe me. Of course, I had my email receipt. Double fish meal no cheese, no salt and no ice. I received a double fish with cheese no tarter, salt on fries which was just placed in front of me. I had to show her my receipt. I can understand if they were busy but they were not.

Can I say that this McDonald's location is the best in Tidewater? Bathroom was clean, tables were clean. My Big Mac actually looked like someone took their time and cared about what they were doing. It's picture perfect! I went to the kiosk to order on my own and was offered to have my order taken at the front counter. O Hospitality here is above the rest as well. Good work y'all! The crew at this location cares about their job and it shows. I spoke with one of the employees, she was super pleasant and let me know they were under new management. Y'all need to give them a second chance because you're missing out if you don't . They should have a much higher average rating.

How hard is it to set a order correct?? It’s not rocket science. There are pictures on the register. This is the 2nd time we made it home to find the order is wrong. Not going back again. Update: why should I have to explain it again on the McDonalds website? It happened. The receipt is in the bag with the Big Mac meal. The bag is In The trash. It’s no wonder why brick and mortar stores are going the way of the dinosaur. Customer service has become non existent.
