McDonald's Menu Prices at 404 Birdneck Rd ★3 (2318)

I ordered a double quarter pounder and the patties were totally raw absolutely disgusting and it took half an hour to get the food. They also did not include the ranch or ketchup. I asked for which is a small in discretion compared to the raw meat.

Horrible, horrible place would never recommend to anybody here i could not recommended service was ok…but then all of a sudden lady was unprofessional about the french fries 😒 my big mac was burnt THE MEAT WAS Overcooked 🤣 ATMOSPHERE WAS DISGUSTING

Food left alot to be desired. The fries where not crispy, they were warm and limp. I ordered extra tarter sauce on my double filetofish sandwichs and there was barely any tarter on either, literally the opposite of what I ordered. I double checked my receipt and it was on the receipt. Service was slow inside, there was a large shelf filled with delivery orders just sitting from the time I walked in until I left and only 1 picked up while I was there. But they kept stacking them up ahead of the people in the lobby so I was there for at least 10 to 15 minutes waiting for 2 double filetofish and a large fry with only 1 person ahead of me inside.

So first I noticed they gave the car in front of my my son’s meal and then they asked for it back through the window. WHICH FAST FOOD IS NOT ALLOWED TO ACCEPT TAKING BACK THROUGH THE WINDOW!!!!! Second I asked for orange hi for the kids meal and they gave me orange Fanta soda and thirdly I order a small fry n got a kids fry and my McDouble had pickles and I am highly allergic to pickles so thank you I wasted my money there in lunch and have to go somewhere else to eat because you guys decided to try and kill me!

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. We used the mobile order (which is supposed to be faster) and were told to park and wait… for over 20 minutes. Totally ridiculous. They were clearly pulling everyone forward just to avoid high drive-thru times, but no one was actually getting their food. Cars everywhere, people waiting, no communication, no urgency, no accountability. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and poorly made, which just added insult to injury. This location is disorganized, inefficient, and clearly more concerned with metrics than customer service. We will never return. Do yourself a favor and don’t come here—this place is an absolute mess.
