McDonald's Menu Prices at 8220 W Hampton Ave ★2.9 (1187)

Came to this McDonald's and stayed in line for 16 minutes. Waiting for somebody to take our order. Said hello multiple times to try to get our order taken. No one took the order so we pulled to the window. The girl working was sitting in a chair talking on her phone and when she finally decided to open the window. She told us they do not take orders at the window. We explained we were trying to place our order at the intercom but she never said anything to us. She closed the window on us and walked away. We pulled to the next window to get a manager's name. The young lady at that window locked the window and never bothered to turn around to help us. The employees do not want to work. They are so rude and I will be calling corporate. I can't give any stars on the food and I refuse to give stars on the service because it is completely horrible.

I went to start my morning and decided to get coffee from McDonald's. On February 5th, 2026, around 7:30 a.m., at the 82nd and Hampton location, I encountered very rude service from the girl in the drive-thru window. She first told me to "dang wait," which I acknowledged and waited for nearly 10 minutes. After that, she told me to "go ahead" in a very disrespectful manner. I decided to drive off because it was clear she didn't want to be working. She was extremely rude, and it seemed like she didn’t want to serve customers. Looking through reviews, I noticed it’s typically the same girl working every other morning. It might be time for her to find another job.

I called the store to explain that there was no bacon on my hot honey sandwich and asked for the owners name the manger refused to leave a message for the owner since being that she told me the store was frantised. Everytime I go to this location it's always a problem. This was my last time every visiting this McDonald. It's a bunch of RUDE individuals. This happened on 1/29/26 @ 6:55 pm. Very poor customer service!!!!

Abysmal Service, Filthy Conditions, Needs Immediate Closure If you value your time, your sanity, and basic hygiene standards, turn around and drive past the McDonald's location on Hampton Street. My recent visit wasn't just a bad fast-food experience; it was a testament to how terribly wrong a business can go. This location should be shut down by the health department. The Wait: "Fast" Food Is a Cruel Joke I pulled into the drive-thru hoping for a quick lunch. Forty-five minutes later, I was still sitting in my car. The line barely moved. When I finally got to the window, the employees looked utterly uninterested in their jobs—one was actively yawning while taking an order through his headset. There was zero sense of urgency or customer care. They seemed genuinely annoyed that customers had the audacity to show up and ask for food. This establishment is a disgrace to the McDonald's brand and the fast-food industry. The management is non-existent, the staff is unprofessional and hostile, and the hygiene is non-existent.

Don’t go to this one! Not only are they slow and you will waiting in line all night but now since the monopoly game came back I ordered about 7 items that all should have a game piece and they told me they don’t come on the items and they threw in 2 cards for me that only contained 1 game piece each! I feel like I was rigged on my chance of winning and shorted by McDonalds . VERY UPSET!
