Kim was stellar and me and my service dog Steve deeply appreciated her warm, professional level of care and service today! She really not only made our day, was kind and I also watched as I sat and enjoyed my meal what's my service dog as she stayed very calm under pressure being so busy today as this location is every day. Every time I go to this location they always get my order right there efficient and I really did appreciate creating a memory with my service dog Steve because of Kim today of all days! If any of her management team read this I hope she gets a recommendation & recognition for her level of customer service and care!

This is my first time ever leaving a review, and unfortunately it was a terrible experience. The drive through lights were off, it took a long time just to place my order, and then I was told it was cash only. After explaining I would just use my rewards points instead, since I didn’t have cash. I placed the order only to be asked to pay at the window. They tried to charge me for something completely unrelated. To make it even more confusing, they turned the card reader toward me after saying they were doing cash only. None of it made sense. The entire interaction was disorganized and frustrating. I left annoyed and disappointed.

Israel, One of several employees, took time out of his duties and busy workday to assist, not only myself, but other customers inside the establishment. He assisted me more than once though the self ordering system, which is difficult for most people, utilizing the computer touch screen self ordering system himself. He is patient, efficient, and has a positive attitude. Appriciate hard workers such as him. He is consistaint.

I always come here in the morning it’s close to my house and the people are always nice but these people are night are the worst turn the lights off just to not give me my food but charge me for it and no the money never goes back or my dam points I get it my backs big but at least let me know you don’t want to serve or make my food and give me my lil dollars back. Just block the entrance so nobody comes in and not say anything ridiculous

Be aware, they don't give the right order, I was in a rush before getting on the freeway and even tho they made me wait a few extra minutes for my double quarter pounder that is not what I got. Sad they make people wait trying to put your order together and it's a lie. They gave me a basic cheese burger for the price of another burger.
