McDonald's Menu Prices at 1325 W Broadway ★3.3 (2578)

Popped in for some breakfast with my daughter and not a person to be seen. I guess this one is serve yourself. Maybe I’m old school but I like talking to someone. We left and went thru the drive thru. Food was good and fast.

When I received our order , French fries were just thrown into the bag and were ice cold. We ordered some cheese burgers, and the Hamburgers also were slapped together, the cheese was not even melted and cold. food was not hot at all. It was barely warm, The prices are relatively high for the food they offer. McDonald's quality of food and service has diminished steadily, but yet their prices continue to rise. I'm no longer a fan of McDonald's. And now go to Burger King where my food has always been served hot and fresh. The food is priced reasonable. And I have found the service to always be very friendly and professional.

Went through they're drive thru to get the Grinch happy meal. It was very busy but they were fast, friendly and efficient.

Drive thru ordered a medium coffee at 6:00 am. Since this is not my first rodeo with this location, the coffee was indeed handed to me lukewarm by a tall thin male employee. I handed the coffee back and stated "this is not hot". He had a little hissy fit, vigorously threw the cup in the trash and walked off. I was at the window for a couple of minutes and another gentleman came to the window, I'm assuming a manager? I told him what happened and asked if there was any hot coffee not lukewarm. He was kind enough to look inside the dispenser and said that they are brewing some now. I asked for a refund (received) since I didn't have any extra time to wait. This location is closest to my home but I'll go out of my way to Priest/ Baseline from here on. I don't drink iced or frappe coffees. My coffee is meant to be hot, serving it lukewarm tells me it's been sitting and old. No apology or anything. Check your employees.

I think that Uber and these establishments need to communicate with each other better - because for some reason these McDonald’s employees seem to think any mistake is the drivers problem, and for some reason if you’re not THE CUSTOMER, they lose their customer service. Has caused me to cancel a lot of orders, prolonging the wait time for the customer. But I’ll be damned if I’m spoken to like some kind of pathetic being. McDonald’s is notorious for being rude to Uber drivers. It really doesn’t matter which one you go to, this is just another one on the list.
