McDonald's Menu Prices at 455 W Guadalupe Rd ★3.1 (675)

So the food is usually pretty good from this location. But the service is garbage. The first time I came here, my daughter's happy meal was handed to me open, and the nuggets box was open and dumped out inside. The second time, I ordered 2 hot honey snack wraps with crispy jalapeños, and they gave me 4 ranch snack wraps, and four buffalo sauce cups for some reason. The girl who brought the food out also asked if it was for me, which...should be obvious? I was the only car parked at curbside. It's honestly confusing because the food is usually prepared well and tastes great at this location, but at the same time, they don't seem to care at all about doing their jobs correctly. I worked in food service for years, it's very easy to do it right. And they're making, what, $20/hr to start now? Please take more pride in giving customers a good experience. Seems like they tipped the SpeedQuality scale too far in the speed direction. I'd rather wait an extra minute or two for you to do it right

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!!Holy hell, how.... how do you keep screwing up simple orders. Do you guys not read English? Can you read? It's absolutely astounding that you read a breakfast sandwhich has added American cheese but don't put egg on it when it's in the same sentence that says add American cheese! Not to mention hashbrowns that are still cold and soggy not crispy, literally just falls apart into mush. Someone please just shut this place down. They never get it right, I didn't have a choice when ordering because I ordered through the McDonald's app otherwise I would have chosen a different place. The people are rude here and don't care at all. Im convinced management is ignorant and can't read and is hiring others who also can't read nor care for just very basic respect and responsibility when working for a company. Just pathetic how little care or respect this location has. Avoid at all costs. Almost 35 dollars spent just to go into the dang trash!

The worst service ever. We walked in and 3 cashiers were all standing around chatting in the front and totally ignoring us. I said I guess we should just use the computer to order? They just continued to chat. 🙄 When we got the food, the entire order was wrong, big surprise. Will not be back, and these people should be let go.

Purchased 2 cheeseburger happy meals, 2 double cheeseburgers and a $6 double burger meal. Received 2 hamburger happy meals, 2 single cheeseburgers. Manager was extremely rude. When I initially started to check my order before leaving she said in a snotty tone "it's all in there". Failed to initially give me the large ice tea that I ordered. Order was rang in incorrectly. Worst experience ever from beginning to end. Would never recommend this location until manager is replaced with one that understands customer service

I went through the drive-through this morning, and the person taking my order, seemed annoyed that I was asking for my food to Be made a certain way. And she didn’t even get my whole order, and then when I went up to the window, the person at the window was also rude to me and slammed the window on my face twice while I was talking to her Because she was annoyed with me because I said something about the service That I was getting which Moore was just communication. I Asked to speak to the manager and the manager just said well we’re busy and wouldn’t even take a moment to talk to me or even let me explain what my experience was. She actually looked at me for three seconds and then continued working and walked away from me and then when she came back by the window, I was like well do you think you guys being busy as an excuse for having bad customer service because I’m not being treated right and she’s literally said we’re busy it’s rush-hour and I was going to explain to her that the window was slammed on my face twice, and both girls had an attitude with me, which I did not deserve, but she wouldn’t even take the time to actually speak to me. McDonald’s was one of my first jobs and my parents have friends with owners of two McDonald’s here and I 100% know how they are run and there is no excuse for attitudes windows being slammed on a client‘s face nor the manager not even taking the time to actually speak to you about your concerns and addressing them being busy is not An excuse to be rude. Kindness goes a long way
