McDonald's Menu Prices at 3218 S Mcclintock Rd ★3 (1420)

The worst experience I've ever had at anywhere. I'm in my 50's and have never had such horrible service. The counter people were so rude. They dont even have to take the orders because its all kiosk for ordering so all they have to do is put the food on the trays. We waited almost 45 minutes for food. We went up tp the counter after 30 minutes to get our drinks and the lady looked at me and said "can you just wait" then 5 minutes later gave us cups without ice although the ice machine in the lobby was broke and there was no drinking water. We could see half the order sthat was sitting on a try for half the time we waited and when we finally got our food, the order was wrong. Half the food was cold and soggy and we ended up not even finishing our food. The lady even gave my daughter a dirty look when she asked for napkins. The tables were dirty (all of them) the floors and chairs were covered in lettuce and trash. I took my grandkids out for lunch as a treat and the experience was very bad. Avoid this place if you can or expect to be sad and disappointed.

It's your standard typical McDonald's. The person in the drive through asked us to pull all the way forward after paying and park in a stall to reduce their wait time counter. Still waited 20 minutes for "fast" food. Asked for BBQ sauce for the Big Mac bundle (two big macs, twenty nuggets, two fries) for my son and I, and we got two packets...

I ordered 2 kids meals and a hamburger with ketchup both with toys that were supposed to be pokemon ocording to their site instead we got some stupid transformer toy that was just marketing their app. As we were eating our food they tasted spicy as if they had hot sauce so when I looked in my burger their was hot sauce no toy no ketchup no respect

I always stop by here for breakfast but this was the first time I remembered to do a review. 📝 I always come in the morning to grab a coffee. I usually order on the app and go through the drive through which makes things super smooth. Sometimes when I order for curbside, I get super fast service. No complaints. Hot coffee or iced is always nice. 😊 ☕️

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a McDonald’s, and it was entirely due to poor management. I placed a breakfast order through the app at 10:20 AM and arrived at the drive-thru at 10:28 AM, before the 10:30 breakfast cutoff. The drive-thru was so poorly managed that I didn’t even get a chance to give my mobile order code until 10:34 AM — which the staff accepted. From there, it took another 10 minutes just to reach the pickup window (around 10:44 AM). At that point, a staff member rudely told me they no longer serve breakfast. I explained that this wasn’t acceptable because I was on time and the delay was caused entirely by how the drive-thru was being run. The General Manager, Rudy, came over and was just as rude and dismissive. He offered no solution, took zero responsibility, and showed no concern for customer service. He simply repeated that they “don’t do breakfast anymore,” as if the situation wasn’t caused by his management. Instead of owning the issue, Rudy made it my fault. This is easily one of the worst examples of management I’ve seen. To the owner of this location: you will lose customers and money with this type of leadership in charge. I won’t be returning.
