This is my first time ordering from this location and never again.. I just ordered a quarter pounder with cheese i got the meal. when I got home and started eating the burger. After a couple bites, I bite into something that feels weird so I looked at it, and there was a corner piece of somthing Sticking out ..so I pulled my burger apart, and it was a big piece of parchment paper or what ever type of paper that separates the burgers When they're frozen🤢🤮 they just left it on my burger and just threw the cheese on top the cheese was melted to the paper. I immediately tried to call them to inform them what i had just found in my burger and no one answered so I waited a couple minutes then called again and they picked the phone up and hanging it up smfh This is so ridiculous i wouldn't recommend going to this location

Food is always under a heat lamp. Its probably because they are close to I-10. So food isn't too good. I asked for fresh (made to order). They just take it from the warmer and put in hot grease. I've been very disappointed each time. So I will not go back again. I hope you have a better experience. NO! I don't recommend this McDonald's.

The manager here is RUDE! The guy taking orders at the drive thru is rude. First off the guy taking our order didn't greet us, just said "What do you want?" in a flat "I don't care" tone. Ok whatever. I ordered anyways. I ordered 1 bacon cheese burger thinking they would understand I meant the Quarter Pounder bacon cheese burger since it's the only cheese burger that comes with bacon. No they gave us 2 cheese burgers with bacon added. They didn't clarify anything at the ordering station or the 1st window where I paid or 2nd window where I picked up the order. And then when I came back in to correct the issue the manager was the rude and had major attitude. Honestly, if you don't like your job or you've had a bad day don't take it out on others. You're representing a company and your actions reflect on the company.

Apparently if you order delivery through the app, the company will not accept responsibility for their mistakes. Instead, they tell you to contact the company that delivered the order. The delivery company cannot help if the order was placed and paid for through the resturant's app; especially when the issue is not a bad delivery but the resturant just not putting everything i paid for into the bag!

I ordered and paid for a steak Muffin, was not given the sandwich. When I asked about my order the manager was called up to the front and she said I was lying. I told her that I have the transaction charge on my phone, but she refused to listen, I'm not sure if she really understood, as her English was not very good/difficult to understand. This could be avoided if the kiosk would print a receipt for transactions, but it did not see an option for me to request a receipt. A terrible place to eat, and I certainly hope the $6.10 was worth losing a customer for life.
