McDonald's Menu Prices at 3155 E. Indian School Rd ★3.4 (1461)

Three pm, no counter service, everything for to go orders only nothing for here.... Kiosk is the only way to order. Every staff member including managers and supervisors and leads all continuously pulling out their phones touching their phones then touching food. With her bare hands. Food was warm, not hot. No ketchup in the dining room. No tables were clean, food on tables, food on floor. Older customers asking for basic requests get attitude from the short Mexican lady, she couldn't be bothered for a kid for coffee.... Daughter witnesses a lady with red hair not washing her hands after using the restroom. Walked straight out of the stall and back out to the kitchen area . No music playing or anything. Just the sounds of the timers in the kitchen. Almost every table was wobbly.... Where are the managers? Do they ever leave the back to look up front?

Worst mc experience ever lady was super rude and said and I quote “oh my god I told them” using god name in vein and I told them my code they messing with my point and my feelings this is a serious matter that must be dealt with cuz I’m pissed for real

Restaurant with lots of potential! I ordered the Big Mac Value Meal from the kiosk. It was pretty simple and well laid out. My order was delivered by a friendly employee. I had to go to the Counter to ask for Ketchup, which was handed to me in a friendly manner. My meal was hot, fresh, and tasty! Their drink station is high tech with a touch screen. They had the typical soft drinks as other locations have. but you could add flavoring. They had flavors like Lemon, Raspberry, Cherry, and Vanilla. The lobby was in need of attention with very few clean tables. The dining room was not busy at the time I was there. I still would recommend this location to anyone who loves McDonald's and their food!

Ask for no salt fries, and the new thing is to redip the fries that are already made. When I came to the window and ask for a refund the manager was extremely freaking rude about it. Some people cannot have a lot of salt! I am one of them. I worked all day and it's kind of limited options what you can eat when you get out late. Regardless, if a customer tells you they want something you should oblige, I wasn't asking for anything crazy. The most wild part though was the manager being rude and not wanting to give me my $11 back. Like it's not even worth it at that point just keep and enjoy your review since you couldn't just figure out how to be a decent manager and handle a customer service issue.

This place is a scam. I came through the drive-thru at around 1 AM. I ordered 20 chicken nuggets and a small fry. They had me park at the 2nd pick up window for almost 10 minutes waiting for my food. After I saw the 10th car get their food and pass me, I just ended up taking the loss and driving away. I'm not sure what type of scam they're running here, but you cannot treat people like this.
